I lost my virginity when I was 14, I know. This last time with my boyfriend of 18 we had sex and my period is late..I think I might be pregnant. The condom broke.

TAKE A PREGNANCY TEST.
We can't tell you if you're pregnant. You need to find out if you're pregnant, and the only way to do that is a pregnancy test.
If you are, then talk with your boyfriend and decide what you're going to do. IT IS YOUR DECISION in the end, though.

Being 16 and pregnant isn't the end of the world, even if the father isn't around. I'm going to be doing this pretty much all on my own but I've found support around the community. Don't fret until you know for sure, 9 months is a lot longer than people give it credit for.
