And with that the Easter ball is over.
Despite the reveal of a giant robotic easter rabbit with a giant carrot that may or may not have been a beam cannon, no real chaos ensued.
Gambino came out of his newly constructed tower, but his actions were limited to screaming about how powerful he was, and passing out anti-helson signs.
The Von Helson girls continued to hand out their anti-gambino signs, but that was about it.
Going completely against rumors in Barton Town, no labtech's appeared, no zombie bunnies appeared, and Gambino did not start his own party to try and draw folks from the Helson mansion.
So in summation: An easter egg hunt happened, and that was about it. Giving us the important lesson to "don't buy into the hype".
...
That being said, status report everyone. How did you fair at the party? What did you learn, observe and aqquire?
Myself, I gathered 3 robo-bunny easter baskets, and found 2 pink links (much to my amazement).
(And yes, I'm taking this far to seriously than I ought to, but for whatever reason I've been in a kooky mood these past 24 hours.)

I got one basket, which became the mask my avatar is currently wearing. Doing non-internet things for the majority of the day kept me from getting more. However one mask is enough for my gaia house to be the site of some kind of bunnny cult ritual.

I got a couple of baskets in all, and somehow Gambino doesn't appear for me atop his tower. Maybe because I'm using Firefox? Meh.
Kojiro also seems to have requested (from me) some drawing or other. I'll see what I can do...

I expected them to make the Easter bunny as a giant robot. domokun
It was kind of predictable.
EDIT : After getting sick of filling baskets,I decided to draw teh bunny.

I was busy with real world events to attend any of the Easter party. From the looks of the two masks, I'm glad I didn't spend the hours gathering the eggs needed to trade for them.
Using Safari this morning, I went by Johnny's penthouse and found his animated avatar not loading the first time I opened the page. Clicking on the question mark, I got the full speech and my very own free picket sign. Upon the reload, I got to see the little ranting and screaming character. So cute!
I'm more interested in finishing my trade for a Kiki plush with fpgilmore shortly.

got three baskets. signage like everyone else has. I also have a feeling that the picketing will lead to battle. Then again, there is the matter of the bunny cult....

No Easter events for me. I collected THREE EGGS. I had better things to do than spending the whole day in the forums
I did get a Blue Box, though, and it contained an Alien Mask, which I am quite keen on selling, as I see no value for it.

By the time I had the chance to look at a computer, it was way late at night and I had to work in a few hours. I figured what the hell and checked out the event. Flipped around for 10 minutes and no eggs showed up at all. After seeing the items I said ******** it anyways and went to bed.
Are last years easter baskets/hats selling for anything decent?
