Go to Tektek, just make a totally blank avatar, save the image & open it in an art program?
If that's all, I might take a shot at it tonight...getting close to work time right now....
I'll need to hunt down a nice pic of the scarf for the colors, too...which do you prefer? The brown-stripes or maroon-stripes?

Why not make it all DW items? Like celery, sonic screwdrivers, mini-tardises, umm... Cricket costumes... ect! xD

OK, here's my 1st try....I cheated & used a gradient for the stripes...I've got a monstrous cold right now. I'll have to create a gradient for the maroon stripes & I really don't feel up to that right now.
Anyway, if you like the image, you can use it.
(Crawls back to bed wishing she could get delivery egg drop soup....)

I like that banner!
Much better scarf too, though I thought he often double-wrapped it around his neck & shoulders. The colors look much better than mine too.
