lunch: dinner leftovers, pizza, hummas & cucumbers in a pita, soups, salads
dinner: veggie bean burritos (or pretty much any mexican dish w/ beans, cheese, and veggies), veg*n curry, pastas, boca burgers, "tofu pups", french toast w/ boca sausage, homemade pizzas, stir-fries, um... I'm sure there's other stuff too ^_^

rickoise I dont have a usual meal, my diet is very varied i eat beans and tofu and some fake meats, i dont really like fake meats, they make me feel bad still, i dont know why. But i like mixing my tofu in vegitables and boiling it or sometimes frying it, tofu is my favourite, but i usualy dont have time to fix it. I have not gotten used to the taste of tofu. I have tried but I think it will be a long time before I learn to like it. Its not a horrible taste too me but its just something strange tasting. Its just like my struggle with tomatoes, its hard eating it even in little bits mixed with other foods. I am doing better on the tomatoes though! My usual meal, well I don't have one. I don't stick to one thing. I like high fat/oil foods. They keep me full. I like Italian stuff. When I eat a meal its usually high in fat and fiber. I use flax seed in almost all of my foods. Most of the time I do not have meals though. I eat all day long. Teas, veggies, nuts, seeds, few egg and dairy. Basically what ever can be taken with me. I am always hungry! domokun

things I eat often include bananas, plain bagels or bagels with cherry jam, honey bunches of oats with fat free soymilk, fruit and nut trailmix bars, hummus, falafel, a homeade chile with chickpeas, butter beans, canned tomatoes, and lotsa chille and curry powder. I dont like meat substitutes much and hate the taste of tofu, and trying to be as strict a vegetarian (no eggs or dairy) as I can, so yeah.

I usually have brown sugar and maple flavoured oatmeal for breakfast, sometimes I add a little bit of soy milk because it tastes pretty good. I have a glass of soymilk with that.
For lunch I usually end up having a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread with water to drink.
For dinner I like to have a salad with my own fresh vegetables added and just a little bit of light Italian dressing. Sometimes I put in some fake chicken because I used to eat all my salads with chicken or salmon on top and I don't have salmon at my house. I drink water.
I used to eat a lot of bean burritos and things like that, but you have to be careful with the beans. Most refried beans are made with lard, which is fat from a pig's abdomen.

People find my eating taste odd but I have a thing for raw veggies. Especially beans (green beans, soybeans etc).

I don't have meals, I'm a snacker. Usually, in a standard school day, before class I'll grab a juice and some tater tots (cooked in canola oil wink ). Then second period I'll grab a bagel. Then I'll have lunch, which usually is french fries (my school doesn't have many choices for lunch- salad and fries are 'bout all I've got, and the salad's usually got meat mixed in). Then, since I have an account with the caf, I'll grab another juice and some kind of trail mix (usually the kind with the banana chips xd ) to eat afterschool (I stay afterschool every day 'cept Friday- why go home if ya don't have to? xp )
