Clan: The Taka Clan. This clan has been noted for it's undying loyalty to any ruler that it has. They have never shown any resistance to orders given to them. They train their children at home as well as their children being taught in the Academy. They are very strict on rules and do not tolerate any form of disobediance. The clan originally was from the Mist village, but not long ago they moved to the Sound village. They seem to have odd eyes since they are usually some shade of red or orange. Sometimes even yellow, though that is very rare. Their skin also has a greyish, almost death-like look to it.

Bloodline: Their bloodline is fairly good, but it has a flaw. It consumes a lot of chakra. The Taka Clan rarely uses it unless they have no choice because of it. Many of the Clan members have died from using it too much.

They can change a part of their body into steel. The more they work of perfecting this, the more of their body they can turn into steel. Although, the more they can change, the more chakra is needed to maintain it. Thus, limiting any other jutsu's that they can do. For changing only one arm to steel, one tenth of their chakra is used. The longest any of the clan members has used it for was five minutes. It is generally used to get themselves out of a really bad situation.

Appearance: Her eyes are a orangish red like fire, like all of her clan, she her skin is a greyish color that often makes people think she is dead or really sick, she doesn't look that strong, but she does have some muscle their that helps her out in hand-to-hand fighting. She is actually quite attractive. She doesn't really notice that though nor does she really care. Her hair is worn to the middle of her neck and seems to cling to her neck. Some have said that her hair is a dark blue, but it is black.

Attire: Kuniko seems to be wearing a rather short dress that reveals a lot of her back. The "dress" is a navy blue color and barely covers her rear. For that reason, she wears what looks like black, thin stockings under to cover her legs. She wears the Taka clan's insignia on her back. It is branded on their backs when they can first change one of their arms to steel. That is a sign that they have proven themselves. This usually occurs around the age of ten. The symbol is pictured as a circle with a line above it, a half circle underneath it and another half circle underneathe the other one. The second on has a line going down from the middle of it.

There are pads that cover the top of the shoulders, and then a part of the shoulder is left visible for a few inches before it is covered again. The upper arm brace is connected to the shoulder pads by some more of the material going over a small amount of the back. The rest of the arm is then bare until it gets to the wrist. there are black wrist bands covering the wrists. On the neck, there is a large, black circlet like part of the clothing which is connected to the pads.

The bottom part of the "dress" has a black ring in the center towards the exposed back that has four rope-like objects that go around the front and serve as a belt. The front of her body is completly covered since their clan sees it as a shame to have any part of their front body showing, with exceptiong of the face. Her headband is worn on her forhead in the traditional sense.

Demeanor: Kuniko is generally a very quiet individual. When she does speak, she can be quick witted. She does not allow herself to get distracted since she has been taught since she was really young that getting distracted would get you killed.

Kuniko is actually a good friend and will stick up for her friends if the occasion calls for it. She would protect anyone that the time called for as long as they were an ally to her leader. If she was told she had to do something that went against her friends, and it was given to her by someone of higher authority, she would fulfill the command with no question. She is also a very determined girl and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Some people have said that her quietness was a disorder that she had, but when they found out more about her clan, they began to understand why she is so quiet. Often times they try to get her to slip and say something bad about one of her clan members, but it never works. She is, as far as anyone can tell, a normal shinobi.

Biography: At the age of five, Kuniko had began to be taught by her parents the family bloodline. They worked her hard in learning the technique and wouldn't let her take a rest until the days training was done. They would train from sunrise to about noon and they would take a break to eat lunch. They would then pick up the training again at about five until nine.

At the age of seven, she entered into the Academy and it limited the time she had to train with her parents with the bloodline. During the evening training time, they not only worked on the bloodline jutsu, but the jutsus that she would learn at the Academy. Because of this harsh training, she graduated at the age of nine. Even though she had the techniques she learned mastered, she was still forced to train them even more.

When she reached the age of ten, she finally learned the bloodline technique of her Clan. As a result, the clan insignia was branded onto her back like it was with every clan member. She did not make any sound to show any pain, but endured it. She knew that it was an honor to have the symbol on her back and by making any pained sound, to her, it was like saying you didn't want it. That was how she was raised though.

During her Academy years, she rarely ever spoke. She was more focused on her studies. She found that to be more important that wasting time talking. There would be occasions when she would speak, but not very often. Her friends understood her reason for not speaking a lot and supported her with it. They would study and practice with her so that she would get better, and she in turn helped them.

When she became a Genin, she looked forward to missions an assignments and never complained when she got any. She performed them without a single sign of opposition. Since she was raised in a clan where disobediance was highly frowned upon, she has no reason to disobey anyone.

Title: Fusenmei (Blur)

Description: The user, by releasing chakra around himself, is able to slightly blur his own form. This can have several effects. If the user is wearing clothing of the proper color, he may hide himself effectively against a certain background. Secondly, this may make the user slightly more difficult to hit, especially when he or she moves. This jutsu may be held up as long as the user has the chakra to do so, but Genin may not use any other jutsu while this is active.

Title:Fukuwajutsu (Ventriloquism)

Description:This technique allows the user to transmit sound to a specific location. Through proper use of this jutsu, one would be able to cause changes in their own voice tone, or allow a message to travel a distance without distortion of the weakening of sound. For example, the user of his jutsu would be able to send a message to a hidden teammate?s ear, or similarly confuse an opponent by relaying an order to him in the voice of his team?s commander.

Description: By using chakra to concentrate energy within their hands the user of this taijutsu can transfer the energy from their hand into their target, creating violent vibrations. This involves a slight bit of chakra control, but this is not the focus of the style. Instead the focus is on speed in movement and striking, which helps to create stable sound waves. These vibrations can damage soft tissue of internal organs but the primary function of this style is to damage bones and create numbness in nerves.

Appearance: Ryo has bright, vibrant green eyes that seem almost enchanting. They seem almost like an emerald. His hair is a deep, bright color like fire. His skin is tanned from how much time he spends outside in the sun. Because of the seeming enchantingness of his eyes, and the way his hair brings out the green in them even more, it gives him an attractive appearance. He seems to act on that as well. He knows he is attractive and at times will do something to enhance that.

Attire: Ryo wears the tradition green vest that brings out the green in his eyes a little more. He wears a black, longsleeve shirt under the vest. The shirt is very thin so that he doesn't get too hot in the heat when he is out on a mission if he has to go somewhere where it is known to get hot. It does pose a problem though when he is somewhere that is cold. His pants are black as well. They are thicker than his shirt so that his legs don't get cut if he is running through a forest. He wears the white bandage like cloth on his right leg and has a pouch attached to it that holds his kunai knives, shurikens, explosive tags, and smoke bombs. He doesn't wear his Hetai-ate on his forhead. Instead, he wears it wrapped around his left leg up on his thigh.


+Character Information+

Demeanor: Ryo has some moments where he could be a little spacey. That is what a lot of people like about him though. He is, very much so, his own person. He does follow rules, but not like some people do. He also can aggravate people easily because he doesn't pay attention a lot of the time.

He is a very caring guy though who loves to be around little kids. He is usually found playing with kids that are six or younger. He just enjoys being with them because they make him feel better. He could be having an off day, and all it will take is a little kid to make he feel like he was before whatever went wrong.

He is also very helpful. After the attack, he didn't hesitate to start helping in the clean up of Konoha. Even though he had been fighting, and was tired, he started cleaning up. He had spent a while after that trying to figure out why Sound would attack. Other than the fact the Orochimaru didn't seem to like the Leaf village. He had never been able to figure it out, and to this day, he is still trying to figure it out.

Pet(s): He has a chameleon that is a foresty green color. That is, unless Ryo forgets to put it in its cage. The chameleon's name is Trouble. The chameleon seems to have a mind of its own also. It is sneaky and likes to cause trouble. Hence, its name.

Biography:
Ryo had grown up in a caring family who didn't have the kind of status in the village that the Clans did. Nevertheless, they supported the village in everything that it did. His family always helped out even when they weren't asked to. It started to rub off on him at a young age and he looked forward to the times when his parents would help out.

He took his time in the Academy and didn't try and rush through it. He graduated when he was 12 and enjoyed his time as a Genin. He was very happy when he passed the Chunnin exams and was able to become a Chunnin. He enjoys being a Chunnin. At the same time though, he wants to become a Jounin so he is waiting patiently for the Jounin exams.

When he was 16, his parents died and left him to fend for himself. He doesn't mind it though. He knew it was only a matter of time before they died, and he tried his best to take it off of their mind. He was very secluded that day, and for once, not even little children could make him feel better.

It was couple of months after he had become a Chunnin that they had passed on. He has pictures of them in his room and looks at the pictures and smiles everytime he walks in there. His bedroom is his favorite room in the house because of the pictures. His parents bedroom is still as it was when they were still alive. He didn't touch it at all.

Because of them, he lives life as much as he can and doesn't like to sit around doing nothing. He is as helpful as he can be. His parents were the two people that he really looked up to. He always looked up to Kakashi also. Even though he didn't really know the Jounin, he still looked up to him because of his strength.

Title: Henge no Jutsu(Transformation)

Description:A user of this skill has the ability to transform their outer appearance to that of another form, which can be a person or object. However, due to the physical restrictions on the body, the user cannot transform into anything extremely smaller or larger than what they already are. Therefore one could not transform into a shuriken or a small animal. Neither can the user transform into an enlarged or distented form of anything (therefore no such thing as a small human-sized adult elephant, or a human-sized ant). Therefore the user must always be within the same proportions as the original form of the object. Also, the user does not gain any extra physical ability through Henge. (i.e. transforming into a cheetah will not give you a cheetah's speed) Henge is dispelled when the user is touched in an offensive matter. Thus after the user hits the target in their transformed state they revert.

Height: 61 inches

Weight: 150 pounds

Appearance: His hair is a bruise color(blackish-purple) and is short. The front of his hair seems to stick out at an upwards angle of about twenty degrees. His eyes are an onyx color and look like you are staring into an abyss. His skin is a slight tanned color, but it isn't pale. He has muscles that aren't visible because of his clothing. He does have some there though to prove that he is rather strong and can hold his own in a hand-to-hand combat fight. He isn't exactly attractive, but he isn't ugly either. He doesn't really care about those things anyway. To him, fighting is what is important.

Attire: Hideaki wears all black for the purpose of blending in with the night since he usually does most of his work at night. He wears a top that goes down to the bottom of his butt and it has three buttons towards the top that keep the top on and together. It fits him very tightly. The top is longsleeved and doesn't show any of his skin. The only part of his skin that is visible is his face, when he isn't out on a mission to either retrieve a person. If that is the case, then he wears a mask similar to the one that Konoha's ANBU wear. The back of he shirt goes down to his shins and tends to flare out when he is running.

He wears a scarf the covers his neck and covers his mouth as well. He wears black gloves so that there is no sign that he has done anything wherever he had been. Especially if he had to kill someone to get the job done; which he would not hesitate to do. He wears black pants that fit him nicely and black boots that seem more like boots you would find on a female since they have a thick half-inch heel on them. They also zip up to mid-shin.

His fighting kunai and shurikens and other ninja weapons or items, with exception of his katana, are worn in a pouch that is attached to wrapping that goes around his upper leg so that it is hidden from view because of his shirt, but it is still easy to get to. His katana is worn in its sheath on his back by a strap that goes over the front of his body and over his back as well. He wears his hetai-ate on his forhead in the traditional sense because that just seems the most comfortable to him.

Demeanor: Hideaki doesn't usually cooperate well with others, but if he has to, then he does his best. If he is provoked, he usually loses the self control that he has. It depends on who provoked him and how bad it was. Sometimes he won't even react to it except to punch the person. If it is needed, he will kill someone to get the job done. He has done it before and would not hesitate in the slightest to do it again.

Biography: Hideaki has always been a serious person and has always cared for himself. When he was four, his mother died from an illness and left him alone with his father whom he had never been really fond of. He and his father had never got along very well and he was looking forward to the day that he would die. He had actually been close to his mother and blamed his father for her death.

When he was ten, he killed his father while he slept as his revenge for his father supposably killing his mother. After he did that, he went back to his room and cleaned his katana and placed it where it normally was and went to bed; making it seem as though he had done nothing. When he woke up the next morning, he pretended to be sad at his father's death while he was smiling on the inside.

He refused to live with anyone else and chose to remain living on his own. He would harm anyone who tried to get him to live with them. Eventually, they all just gave up and let him live his life alone. He was content with that and looked forward to the day he would become a Chuunin so he could join the Hunter-nins.

When he became a Chuunin at the age of sixteen, he did his best to become a part of the Hunter-nins and joined them at the age of seventeen as a target retrieval nin. He enjoyed doing that and still does because it mostly requires fighting and he enjoys fighting.

There have been occasions when he had to kill someone to get the target that he was supposed to get and he had absolutly no issue with having to kill the person who was standing in his way. He had no emotion on his face, but he was smiling with content on the inside.

Title: Mizu Kagami no Jutsu (Water Mirror Technique)
Rank: E
Description: A simple jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop and as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface. This can allow the user to see behind himself, and around corners with careful application of the technique.

Title: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)
Rank: E
Description:Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. For every 5 points of Intelligence and Reserves above the requirement, you can create another Mizu Bunshin, to a maximum of ten clones total.
More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, Water Clones are capable of attacking, except each Clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. This means that each clone has Physical and Chakra stats equal to 1/10th (rounded up, a minimum of 1 in each stat) the user's own stats.

Title:Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)

Description:Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone.

Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques from Stage 1 without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) For every 4 points above the requirement, the next higher stage of Mist Ninjutsu can be used without a water source.

Stage Eight always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.

It is important to note that most Missing-Nin do not have a great control over this ability. A character possessing this technique that is no longer a Mist shinobi will not be able to use higher level techniques without a source of water as he progresses. In the case of a Missing-nin who takes this skill, they start on the above chart at where-ever their stats place them, but do not progress as their Control and Power increase.

Title: Mizukaisou Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Reflection Clone Technique)

Description: A Jutsu that makes the user's reflection in water able to step out the reflection and attack on its own. This type of Water Clone is just as more powerful than the Mizu Bunshin, possessing Physical stats equivalent to 1/3 the user's stats (rounded up.) Only one clone can be created at a time, and it is destroyed after a single successful strike against it.

Title: Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)

Description:Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user?s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks.

Power 8, Control 8: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level (stage 2) fire ninjutsu.
Power 10, Control 10: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Fire Ninjutsu (stage 3) can still destroy the blade, however.
Power 12, Control 12: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu (Stage 3 or under) and using it as a defensive sweep can negate stage 1 Fire ninjutsu.
Power 15, Control 15: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu (stage 5) is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to stage 2 fire techniques

Taijutsu

Title: Koketsu Kenbu (Jaws of Death Sword Dance)

Description:

Style History: Disciples of Koketsu Kenbu like to claim that it is the oldest specialized kenjutsu in Water Country. Its approximate age is unknown, though it is estimated to be close to 1200 years old – researchers have found scrolls containing instructions for training in early versions of the style in sites close to Wanisametoshi, a most fitting conclusion as both the name of the settlement and the techniques of this sword dance pay respects to the mighty shark, lord predator of the sea.

Today, there are only two official schools that teach Koketsu Kenbu. One is in Wanisametoshi itself and open to the general public, though it does not teach the ninjutsu aspects (restricted by the Water Lord to shinobi only). The other lies in Hidden Mist Village, run by a retired elite Jounin, Iwata Hariyo.

Style Description: Koketsu Kenbu places emphasis on strength and speed: strength to execute the various techniques, and speed to do it fast enough to catch the enemy off guard. The style generally teaches slashes that involve a flicking of the wrist, a quick and simple but effective motion that, when learned properly, can give a swordsman that useful surprise momentum in the split second of an attack. Its disciples do not bother with looking graceful. Their purpose in combat is to defeat the enemy with superior skills, nothing more.

The special techniques are meant to be performed on water, and a Koketsu fighter is just as adept at fighting on the sea as he is on land, if not better.

Style Basis: Weapon/Ninjutsu

*Notes: Users of this style are encouraged to learn Water-Walking. It is not a requirement for taking the list, but be forewarned that the special techniques from stages four and up are performed in or on top of bodies of water.

Non-shinobi may take Koketsu Kenbu, but cannot learn the special techniques.

Same Geigeki (Shark Ambush Attack)
Description: The user concentrates his chakra into the sword and slashes down, hitting the ground and stirring up particles of dust, grass, and dirt. It rises up in a murky cloud shaped like the head of a shark, jaws open and flying towards the enemy. The shinobi hides behind this cloud and uses it to confuse his opponent or make him hesitate. Once close enough, the swordsman is able to execute an attack that has a much higher chance of success. If done on top of water, a cloud of mist is formed instead.

Sameha no Batsu (Sharktoothed Strike)
Description: Using chakra, water is gathered on the edge of the blade in small triangular shapes so that the cutting edge now resembles a row of teeth. When attacking, the user is able to dish out sawing damage, not just slicing damage, and if he scores a direct hit, the water teeth will actually break off and remain in the enemy’s body for one more post before dripping away. New water teeth automatically replace the gaps after each slash. The user can maintain this technique for a number of posts equal to Willpower+Reserves/3.
Special: Once Power and Control stats reach 10, the user may perform this without a water source.

Fukahire (Shark Fin)
Description: A two-part technique, performed on top of water. When the user swings, the tip of the blade pierces the top of the water. Using chakra as a magnet, droplets of water follow and attach to the non-cutting side of the blade, forming a thin film of water with sharp edges that fan out in a triangle. It looks as though a watery shark fin is sitting on the sword’s back. When the user swings again, the fin can be launched at the opponent like a big shuriken.

Samegawa (Sharkskin)
Description: Performed on top of water. When attacking, the user swings his sword from the surface of the water up, sending a spray of droplets into the air. At the same time, a blade of water rises and flies towards the target, skimming the surface. When the blade connects, it explodes and releases embedded chakra shards, lightly shredding the injured area as if the victim had his clothing/skin rubbed across sharkskin the wrong way.
Special: At Strength 24, the user is able to perform Samegawa underwater with the same effects.

Karifuka (Hunting Shark)
Description: Employed only when the shinobi is fighting underwater. This technique allows him to move his attacking arm and swung his sword through water as if the water offered as much resistance as air. In other words, he can fight at normal speed when attacking with his blade. He is able to slash at an enemy one time per battle for every 5 Strength stats.

Same Nami (Shark Wave)
Description: Performed on top of water. The user releases chakra from the sword as he swings down in a diagonal cut, then again in a cut perpendicular to the first slash. As the “X” flies towards the target, the chakra picks up water, resulting in what looks like a shark’s head. For every 5 Strength the user possesses, he can create a Same Nami one foot high. Deals both cutting and blunt damage.

Title: Doro Bunshin no Jutsu (Mud Clone Skill)

Description:This jutsu creates the illusion of bunshins that try to reassemble themselves after being hit. They are, however, complete illusions incapable of any real action, and are often used to tire down the unsuspecting opponent.

Clan: The Fuyu Clan. This Clan specializes in Genjutsu. They are good in Ninjutsu, but they are the best in Genjutsu. They have good chakra control since they use a lot of Genjutsu. They teach their kids at a young age, before they enter the Academy, how to control their chakra well.

The Fuyu Clan didn't really bother with many of the politics in Amagakure. They usually kept to themselves and when asked what they thought about things like that, they refused to answer. There are some members of the Clan who take an active part in the politics, but 95% of them don't.

Their lifestyle is fairly simple. They train for about an hour or two everyday around the same time and then usually split up and do their different things. They eat together and sometimes do other activites with each other. Most of the time is spent doing their own thing though.

They often have black hair and blue or a goldish color for their eyes. Their skin is generally pale with a slight hint of a golden tint to it. They also tend to use weapons that have big blades of them.

They Clan originated from Ishi's great-grandfather. Because the Clan keeps to themselves mostly, there is little known about them. What is known though, is when they decided to do something, they stick to it and their mind cannot be changed no matter what. They could be wrong but they will not change their opinion.

Appearance: Ishi has golden-yellow eyes, light black hair, and pale skin with a slight hint of a tan(although the only part of his skin that you can see is his face and neck). His build isn't real big nor is it really small. It was about average for his strength and posses the right amount of strength that he needs. Ishi is very attractive and he knows it. Sometimes he will play on that and sometimes he won't. It just depends on who he is around at the time. He has a scar on the left side of his face that he got when he was little because he did something and it made his parents mad and they cut him.

Attire: See picture. His hetai-ate is worn where the band on his head his. The hetai-ate also bears the slash through the four lines that represent the Rain village. He also wears the mask of a tracker-nin and only takes it off when his opponent is about to die so that he can see who killed him. His weapons pouch is worn on his upper right leg where the belt on his leg is. The pouch is attached to the belt.

Demeanor: Ishi doesn't really hate other people, but he doesn't like them either. He generally tries to avoid people as much as he can since he is a missing-nin and would likely get reported if he stayed in one place for too long. When he is fighting, he likes to give others a chance to beat him. He thinks that no one can beat him because he is so good at Genjutsu. Ishi is very full of himself. He is also very sadistic.

Biography: Ishi was born into the Fuyu Clan and grew up training with them. He grew stronger and stronger and surprised the Clan because he was stronger than most of the other kids his age in the Clan. He wasn't strong enough to beat any of the adults, but he got close a couple of times.

When he was the right age, he entered into the Academny. Because of the minimal training that he recieved from the Clan, he was able to graduate in a few years. When he turned fifteen, he passed the Chuunin Exams and became a Chuunin. He didn't want to remain a Chuunin so he did his best to become a Jounin. When he turned eighteen, he became a Jounin to his pleasure.

A year or two later he ended up becoming an Advanced Jounin and he stayed at that rank. As soon as he became a Chuunin, he joined the Fuseikigun. He had wanted to for the longest time and when he gained the oppourtunity to, he did. He was the only one out of the Clan to join the group.

When he was twenty-one, it seemed like his Clan had left without him. Because he was the only one there, and there was some blood in various places, people blamed him for it. He got angry and killed some of the people. He had to hide for a couple of days before he found a way to get out of the village.

He was seen leaving the village and was reported to the Kage. He became a missing-nin and started to be hunted. He enjoyed the thrill of being hunted while at the same time he hunted his hunters. After a year he got tired of it and killed them while they were sleeping.

He sneeks into other villages and sleeps in abandoned houses or buildings. He also eats at the ramen stands and gives a different name until he is about to leave the village. When he is stopped and asked his name as he is about to leave a village, he will give them his real name and take off, knowing a chase will come.

He has yet to venture into Mist, Leaf, Sound, and Sand. He is debating on which one he is going to go into next. When he was twenty-five, he encountered some tracker-nins from the Rain Village and was surprised when he was almost caught. He managed to get away, but it was just barely. When he was certain that he would win, he went in search of them and found them. He toyed with them a bit before he eventually killed them.

He knows what happened to his Clan but he does not tell anyone. He was responsible for the disappearance of his parents and younger sister, but not for the rest of the Clan. The blood that some of the Rain shinobi had seen had belonged to his parents and sister. He had killed them because he had been tired of how they would treat him on occasion. He does not regret what he did because in his eyes they had deserved it. Because of his strength, some of the older adults have called him many things that are not human that have strength that a human cannot have. He just shrugs it off like it was an everyday thing. Well, it was an everyday thing until he took off.

Description: A simple technique but known to drastically change the way a fight is going. Anything small such as dirt or rain that is falling on the target, is met with the pain of a senbon needle. This is to say, something like a droplet of water would feel like the target?s skin is being pierced by senbon needles.

Title: Munashi no Jutsu (Futility Technique)

Description: A strange and unorthodox technique, because the user has absolutely no control over it. The target's mind will be affected in such a way that the target considers all his own actions in vain. Doom scenarios will arise with every thought, making it impossible to make choices, act instantly and fight accordingly. The effect only lasts two minutes, during which the character will be in immense struggle with himself. When the effect wears off, the target will realize if someone tries to use this technique on them instantly, and it will immediately be canceled.

Title: Genjutsu Youi (Genjutsu Preparation)
Rank: C
Description: A skill with no instant effects. What it does, however, can be more lethal than any other technique. Every time Genjutsu Youi is used on a target, that specific target's defense against genjutsu of the specific user will weaken. This means that for every time Genjutsu Youi is used on the same target, the target will suffer an additional post from all other genjutsu used by the same user. Genjutsu Youi can only be used twice a time on one specific person, and it's effects wear off after 72 hours. For the skilled hunter with enough time on his hands, this technique is a must.

Title: Ryoshuu no Jutsu (Lonely Journey Technique)
Rank: B
Description: This jutsu makes a group of target unable to see each other, even when standing right next to each other. They cannot see, hear or smell each other; all basic five senses deny the presence of their teammates. This jutsu works on groups of up to five people, and stays active as long as at least one person did not realize the genjutsu yet. This means that even if four of five targets realize they're in a genjutsu and are screaming to their teammates to snap out of it, all five still can't see or hear each other. Therefore, the main target is usually the weakest mental link. During this jutsu, it's easy to take down enemies one by one, leaving the weakest link standing to ensure the effects will last long enough.

Title: Umanohone no Jutsu (Doubtful Fellow Technique)

Description: The target caught in this jutsu will begin to act out of character. For reasons he himself does not understand, he may use words he normally wouldn't, take stances he normally wouldn't, dislike things he'd usually like, and vice versa. A subtle technique, Umanohone no Jutsu pulls a lot of attention and distrust towards the target, as teammates will begin to think their teammate is not who he says he is. The effects last up to five minutes on Genin, three on Chuunin and two on Jounin. Of course, even when the effect wears off, this does not erase the fact the target already put himself in a doubtful position

Title: Kyoufushou Meikyou no Jutsu (Fearsome Shades of the Dead)
Rank: A
Description: The user's eyes need to lock with those of the target, creating a stare which cannot be broken. During this time, the user digs up the memory of everybody in the target's past that died, and shows their deaths all over again, in gruesome shapes. If there are not enough people to show, the skill will continue by showing the deaths of those the target holds dear, no matter if they actually still live or not.
Rule of Use: For Chuunin, the jutsu also lasts one turn, but leaves the enemy disorientated for two turns. When a Jounin uses this technique, it lasts for two turns, and leaves the enemy disorientated for three turns.

Pet(s): Emiko seems to have a close relationship with birds. She doesn't have a specific one as a pet, but she seems to be able to work well with them.
Biography: When Emiko was two years old, she was orphaned. She was found and taken in by a shinobi in the Waterfall Village. When she was old enough, she entered into the Academy. She studied hard and read every book that she could find on becoming a shinobi. She was excellent in chakra control and manipulation.

She graduated from the Academy when she was nine. She spent a year as a Genin before she took the Chunnin Exams. She did her best during the exams and didn't worry so much about winning, but worried more about how she performed. She healed her teammates when they were injured and showed great care for them.

When it came down to the final test, she fought her hardest. She thought things through and focused on her opponent. Chances she managed to get were spent healing wounds that she had and trying to see what her opponent was going to do next. The fight had gone on for a while but she eventually won the match by tiring down her opponent.

When she became a Chunnin and returned to the Waterfall Village, she continued her training as a medical ninja. She found out who her parents were and went to them. When she found them, they were ill and no matter how much she tried, she couldn't heal them fully. She was able to heal them enough so they could continue doing their day to day things and she continued to do that while swearing to herself that she would become more skilled.

When she turned twelve, their health declined even more and she did her best to help them. Again, she was able to heal them so they could go about doing their day to day activities. She was getting tired though but it wasn't stopping her. She would recover her chakra and then continue with her training. Her mentor that had taken her in had been a good medical-nin before he retired from being a shinobi.

She had been taught by him throughout her life how to become stronger so that she could defend herself as well as others. She has amazing strength for her age and for being a medic. She never ceases to train herself in all aspects.

When she turned fourteen, her parents fell ill once again and she couldn't heal them as well as before. She got word of how well the Hidden Leaf Village's Hokage was in the medical area. She inquired if she would be able to travel to Konoha to seek advice and extra training. It took a while to covince the highest authority but she eventually got the go ahead.

Ninjutsu

Title: Henge No Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
Rank: E
Description: A user of this skill has the ability to transform their outer appearance to that of another form, which can be a person or object. However, due to the physical restrictions on the body, the user cannot transform into anything extremely smaller or larger than what they already are. Therefore one could not transform into a shuriken or a small animal. Neither can the user transform into an enlarged or distented form of anything (therefore no such thing as a small human-sized adult elephant, or a human-sized ant). Therefore the user must always be within the same proportions as the original form of the object. Also, the user does not gain any extra physical ability through Henge. (i.e. transforming into a cheetah will not give you a cheetah's speed) Henge is dispelled when the user is touched in an offensive matter. Thus after the user hits the target in their transformed state they revert.

Title: Kawarimi No Jutsu (Body Switch Technique)
Rank: E
Description: A common jutsu - used to quickly replace a body with a close by object. Creates confusing among the opponent(s) - creating a chance to escape, or return with a larger strike. Useful for avoiding attacks, and hiding from potential enemies. Kawarimi may be used twice per battle.

Genjutsu

Description: A jutsu that creates an illusionary clone of the user, in numbers of one or more. The clone disappears after being struck with an attack, and can deal no damage. This jutsu is one of the basics, and required to pass the shinobi academy. The user can create 1 Bunshin for every 2 control they have.


Medical

Title: Shindan (Diagnosis)
Rank: E
Description: The first step in treatment is understanding the problem. With this skill a shinobi uses their hands to carefully probe a patient for problems. This technique is preformed by kneeling over a patient and slowly running both hands over their body, looking for signs of injury that may not be visible to the naked eye. It can detect things such as internal injury, improper heart rate, non-apparent bone fractures, poisoning, and disease. A ninja of higher rank has learned to use this technique to perform a rudimentary examination of a body to determine cause and time of death. A Genin using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a Chuunin takes less than a minute and a Jounin requires only a few seconds.

Title: Shiatsu (Massage)
Rank: E
Description: For a variety of reasons, muscles, tendons, and ligaments can become overworked and painful. This may be because of some type of injury or it may simply be the result of too much work without enough rest. By applying the proper amount of pressure at the right points and using small amounts of chakra a medical nin is able to relieve pain and help the patients body recover more quickly. A strain or sprain can seriously hinder the effectiveness of a shinobi and as such this technique really can make a difference.


Title: Sansokyoukyuu(Oxygen Supply)
Rank: D
Description: While it is possible for anyone to do CPR without chakra, this technique is an improvement. By holding their hands over a patient’s chest a shinobi is able to use chakra to very carefully massage the heart and lungs in to functioning. This technique is not effective if for some reason the air passage is blocked, it does not provide oxygen or blood, only forces air in and out of the lungs and makes the heart continue to beat. A Chuunin is able to perform this technique on two patients at once if the need should arise. This technique requires that patients be unconscious and still before it will work and as such it will not work to disrupt the breathing and heart rate of anyone who is awake.

Title: Kigusuri Souzou (Medicine Creation)

Description: A medical nin has learned to study the effects of various naturally occurring compounds on the human body and how they can be combined in order to create medicine. In spite of increased knowledge of medical techniques there are times when mixing a medicine is the only solution to a problem. Medicine creation has a variety of uses, such as creating poison antidotes, healing ointments, and disease fighting. Medicines can also be used to treat minor every day ailments such as an upset stomach or cold. A Genin using this skill has only rudimentary knowledge and often requires a small guide in order to find and create basic medicines. A Chuunin will know how to prepare a medicine for any normal injury, poison, or disease. Advanced and highly specialized medicines, such as those needed to counteract the negative effects of the Akimichi 3 color pills, require the knowledge of a Jounin who has learned more through experience than could be found in any book

Title: Summon Medical Tools
Rank: C
Description: This technique allows a medical nin to summon some of the tools of their trade. It is not practical to carry around mortar, pestle, and other tools but a scroll that can be used to summon these and other similar objects is both practical and convenient. A higher ranking nin can use this technique to summon more specialized and advanced tools for poison creation and ninja medicine creation but at this level it is only good for medicine creation.

Title: Souzou Dokubutsu (Poison Creation)
Rank: C
Description: Just as there are many naturally occurring substances that can be combined in order to heal, there are many naturally occurring substances that can be used to harm. Using their knowledge of plants and minerals a medical nin is able to mix together a variety of drugs and poisons that can range from disabling to deadly. It is not always the case however that it is used to harm. This skill is required to create anesthetics and other drugs required to treat patients. Chuunin are able to create poisons that can be ingested or used to coat sharp objects but more advanced poisons such as skin contact poisons require a Jounin.
