I actually tried reading Dante last night, and I found it very interesting. I would finish it now, except I'm going on a trip today and my copy is a seventy-year-old text inherited from my great-grandfather. I don't want to damage it.

Yes, that would probably be wise! Today I found a leather copy of Brave New World by Audlus Huxley (?) with gold embellishing... Unnervingly I never knew we had it...
You're right, Dante is very interesting!

I'm in the process of reading the Diving Comedy. I only just started it, so I'm not very far into Inferno.

I read all three in Italian, but, as with you, Inferno is my favorite.

I've finished The Prince and am making my way through The Divine Comedy. I adore Alighieri! The edition I have includes the poems he wrote; he's a truly gifted writer.

I didn't know how imaginative the people were in the old ages. I am reading "The Inferno" and its incrediable. It makes me wonder what happened to everybody in the 60-80 period.

I have only read The Inferno by Dante, and it is one of my personal favorites.
