Aurion walked into the meeting place, dressed in his best blue silk tunic, matching breeches and his sword belt on. His hair was pulled back in a low ponytail and his sapphire eyes were troubled. He was hoping Shy could help him cope with the weirdness he was feeling.He had brought the journal of his dreams he kept with him and had the page marked where he had that particularly weird dream that made him feel weird.
He sat down patiently and fingered the pendant around his neck with his feather attached to it. the balck skinned fae tried his best to put on his stone calm face but his eyes betrayed the thoughts in his mind.

Shy looked up from where he was emailing the last of the fae (email. Such a lovely contraption) and smiled. Getting up, he nodded his head, recognition warming his eyes as he watched the older fae. How fast they grew.
"Aurion." he said, approaching the teen with a nod. "Please, come in. Is everything okay?"
Worry touched his words. But of course-- this was one of his fae. Worry would touch him anyways.

" Good day to you Professor Shy." He said with a bow of respect. He always did things the knightly way lately. " I came to you about a dream.. at least I think that's what it is, that I have been having recurrently lately, and each time I have it, it gets longer. I have complied and kept track of the dream, and even when I am awake, its been known to surface." He said with a small sigh. This was such a perplexing mystery! He sat the journal near Shy and waited for his analysis before bringing up the other few things that were troubling to him. " I thought I might see about getting my general health checked also while I was here, just to make sure nothing is wrong.... if thats not a problem." Aurion said, as he waitied to give Shy time to analyse the meaning behind the recurrent vision.
(( Thought may as well have the med eval too while doing this.. killing two birds with one stone.. if thats okay with you... and do you want me to post the "dream" he has been having, because its the latest post in his journal.))

Shy took some time to read through the journal. At the health comment though, he nodded, waving a hand absentmindedly. "Lokni and Kalani have already been notified of your arrival. They will come eventually, depending on what they have been doing." he looked up finally, with a smile. "Ambassodor visits between the two courts and us are being arranged, and I need all the fae help I can get. It's time soon for exchanges, visits between three different cultures, and the like."
Closing the journal and placing it on the table between them, he got up to pour them both something to drink. Rose hip tea with a punch of cinnamon, if he was remembering correctly enough.
"Memories." he began. "Are frightful things. Especially with someone with your gifts. I can put you on contact with one of the other fae... he is busy right now, because of a certain quest." he smiled wryly. "He is in charge of memories at a baser level than yours.
But memories... from what I've researched, during these teenage years you will recieve almost half to 75 percent of everything from your past life. Slowly of course, and not without some trouble. A trickle at first-- the torrent usually only comes after the arrival of a familiar. How that plays a role, I don't know.
This dream. Maybe it's a memory. Or a fantasy. It's hard to tell right now. If you have more of the same kind, if they trouble you... I can call Talent back. He'll be able to help." he smirked. "He's done that already with one fae, and it seems to work."

Aurion nodded and his fingers twiddled in his lap. " I see. So I am not the only one that dabbles with the memory gift, that is somehow comforting yet frightening at the same time. I have also been wanting to expand my gift and learn its inner workings further but I am afraid of what I might pull from someone.. or recieve, because the recipiant may not have wanted to see the memory or wanted anyone else to know about it." He stammered on, rather unsure of himself.
At the mention of Court visits, his eyes looked slightly troubled. " What kind of exchanges? I guess though I could consider myself somewhat lucky to know basic court manners... but I have a feeling I will have to learn a whole new set for these visits won't I?" He questioned aloud, running his fingers over the feather around his neck. As if he did not have enough to deal with.. now he had to face those same individuals that nearly claimed his life as a child. He looked apprehensive at best.

The mention of the courts had Shy sigh, rubbing at his temples. "They are... it is." he grimaced. "From the moment of that night, when Eros took the fae away, we've been in talks for exchanges. Similar to way schools work, with my fae going off for a couple of months, and us recieving them. It's a formal, tedious affair filled with more rules then ..." Shy stopped, and smiled ruefully.
"I don't see what the problem will be on extending your gifts. Talk to Lokni and Kalani about it further. They may have thought that before, you were not ready-- not all children can handle their power. But now..." with a considering look, he nodded. "It should be time."

" Oh Mithros... I can imagine theheadaches you must get over this. Lady Ruveila has an excellent remedy for headaches if you ever needed anything." He said with a chuckle. In regards to his powers, he nodded. " I was scared of the power at first, mainly because it was so painful, but it does not seem so much so anymore and I think if fine tuned properly, my gift coudl be very useful indeed." Aurion added as he scratched the back of his neck.

Shy nodded. "Your gift." he smiled wryly. "I have plans, for you and Nalani. Plans to benefit the 030, in the long run." A boy who could channel memories, a girl who could see the fae... it would make his lie a thousand folds easier, honestly.
At the pause, two people walked into the room. The first was Kalani, a gentle smile already breaking across her face as she beamed.
"Aurion!" she breathed, walking forewords for a hug. Touchy touchy, really. Lokni waited a few steps back, nodding curtly to the young one.
"Boy." he said stiffly, not out of emotion but of professionalism. His eyes darted to Shy.

" As long as its not going to kill me, I'll be fine with it Sir." He said to shy with a chuckled then got mobbed by Kalina. " Good day to you Lady Kalina." He said as he hugged her and then turned to Lokni and bowed his head politely in a shshow of respect.

Shy smiled, nodding his head. "Kalina, Lokni. I'll let you handle Aurion first." he nodded from where he stood. "I have to talk to you after young man, show you around, and your new... responsibilities." something in his eye twinkled at the thought. Not with cheer, but with intent.
The man had plans.
"I'll wait here then, if you could follow them?"
Kalina beamed. "Aurion." she said warmly. "Follow me."

Aurion nodded to Shy, the look in the man's eyes promised something interesting he was guessing. " Coming my Lady." he said to Kalina as he followed her and nodded to Lokni, not sure what to call him other than nearly slipping up and naming off his knight training master Evvard.

An hour. An hour and fifteen minutes. And soon engouh Kalina had her arms wrapped around Aurion's shoulder in a show of intimacy. She was his tutor, after all. She had seen him grow from something so small, to a larger almost man.
"Shy." she said pleasantly, handing him a folder. Shy nodded, taking it from him while Lokni talked.
"You'll need to take one to your mother, Auroin. So that she is kept updated." with the same, level voice, he turned to look at Shy. "I suppose you'll be giving him your typical teen talk?"
He nodded, scanning through the notes.
"We'll do it for you."
Shy looked up with surprise at that, but he didn't say anything. "Very well. Aurion. I'll see you a little later."

Aurion nodded. " But of course I will. Ruveila would drag me around by the ear if I did not keep her updated." He said with a playful grin. He took Kalina's hand and kissed the top of it politely. When a mention of teen talk, his eyebrow raised slightly. Just what did they have in store for him? " Verry well Professor, I'm sure we will be seeing more of each other now." he said then looked to his mentors for what seemed as if it would be one interesting or disturbing chat.

Lokni nodded, taking lead. "As a teenager, you'll be shouldering more and more responsibility at the 030 project. It is up to you, but I don't believe responsibility is something you should shirk." he frowned. "You'll be given rooms, here, with the other fae. Passes so that you'll have access to more areas than before. This place."
"Is wonderful. Don't let him scare you." Kalina said gently, smiling. "You'll still learn, you'll have more opportunities to have contact with fae from the other courts."
Lokni nodded, serious. "It is a good honor. And soon, when we go off for our quests--"
"You'll be able to become a tutor."
It was as if they have practiced this speech, saying it over and over again because they were able to complete each other's sentences flawlessly.
