A black-haired kunoichi jumped back from a kunai that was sent her way. She landed on the ground in a cat-like stance. She slowly stood up and spun around once as she threw a kunai knife that she had grabbed out of her pouch. She followed it up by running at her opponent with another kunai in her hand.
A male shinobi deflected the kunai before it hit him. He saw the girl coming at him and smirked. She was doing much better now. She was getting quicker. He stood up and spun around as he grabbed a katana that he had hidden. He blocked her attack and counter-attacked her.
She went to dodge the sword, but got hit with it. She wasn't good at dodging things like this and her father often brought this into the training. She did not make any noise signaling that she had been hit. She was used to the pain she recieved. After all, she had been training like this since she was five.
He stood up straight and put his sword away as he looked at her. His actions told her to stop for a moment. "Kuniko, pay attention." He said before he got back into his fighting stance. He ran at her and drew his sword on her once more.
She brought a couple kunai up to block the sword and then brought a led up to kick him in the stomach. She didn't let herself get distracted by talking. None of their Clan did. They didn't believe that words were necessary and rarely used them unless it was very, very important.
When her father dodged her kick, she fell to the ground and rolled out of the way before she got hit. She jumped up quickly throwing one of the kunai in her hand in the process. She had yet to beat her father in a practice duel and she was determined to.
Determined. That was a word that anyone could use to describe her if asked. She had a strong sense of determination that not many Genin had. She saw some determination in her family, but not as much as she had. She always strived to better herself in any way that she could.
She never once complained about anything and it drew respect from her parents and friends. Not just them. From many people in the village. The main person that she seeking to gain respect from, was the Otokage. She would do whatever it took to get that respect.
Kuniko jumped up into the air to avoid a shuriken that had been thrown in her direction. She took three of hers out of her pouch and threw them at her father as she came back down and landed on the ground. She still had a while to go of the training.

She dodge rolled an attack from her father in time. She just barely missed getting hit. She watched him carefully and noticed that he was beginning to get tired. She was also. She had to keep going until he said that it was time to stop. Noticing where the sun was, it would be a long time until then.
She was relativly shocked when she saw her father stand up straight, put all of his weapons away, and walk back towards the house door. They were done already? She grabbed some parchment and a writing utencil and wrote on it. Once she had finished that, she tied it to a kunai and threw it at the door frame.
Her father looked at the kunai and took it out of the doorframe. He untied the note and read it, after throwing the kunai back to his daughter. He looked at her and nodded. After that, he turned back to the door and opened it. He walked in after that and shut the door behind him.
Kuniko turned and began walking towards the entrance to their Clan's property. She opened the doors and walked out as the doors shut by themselves. She didn't know what to do now since she had a lot of time to kill. She knew that her friends were busy right now, or sleeping. Something that she would love to do, but there was no use trying to go back to sleep now.
She looked around and her gaze went to the entrance to the village. She had no reason to go out there and she was only a Genin anyway. She would get in trouble by her parents if no one else if she tried to leave the village. Although she would probably be able to find something to do out there, she didn't want to get into trouble.
She started walking as she listened to the sound of birds in the nearby forest. That was what she loved about the day. Hearing the birds chirping. She would love to have a bird, but her parents wouldn't let her have one. Arguing the matter never crossed her mind because of the high obediance that she had.
Seeing some of the other children in the village disobey their parents made her want to scream. Why would a child want to disobey their parents? It just didn't make sense to her since she had never experienced anything that would make her want to. Although, her friends told her one time that some of the things she goes through would cause a lot of kids to do the opposite of what their parents told them to. The rigourous training, get up so early, very strict rules, and not being allowed to talk unless it was an emergency.
Even after her friends explained that to her, she still didn't seem to understand. She supposed that she never would understand what led children to be disobedient. Unloyal even. Her friends had told her a couple days ago that she was the most loyal person they knew. They never asked her to do something that would go against someone else even though they knew she would do that to them if she was told to by her parents or someone of higher authority.

She looked up at the sky with a bored look on her face. She didn't have anything to do because her friends were not out of their houses. Was there someone that she could practice fighting with? She knew not to go to her father because she had just gotten done fighting him.
What she really wanted was a mission to go on. She didn't care who it was with, she wanted to go on a mission. She hadn't been on one before and she had heard some people talk about a mission that they had gone on and it sounded really cool. She would just have to wait patiently. Something that she could do easily.
If there was just someone she could converse with. Well, them talk while she wrote it down. She always kept something to write with and something to write on with her. If it wasn't important, she would write it down like she had been doing all her life. Writing something down was a natural thing to her.
She often thought that people talked too much, but in return, she was told she only thought that because she talked so little. It wasn't her fault that that was how she was raised. She never once dreamed of disobeying her parents. That would bring a punishment that a lot of people would not be able to endure.
She didn't mind it, but all she would have to do was ask her parents for it. Basically they just trained all day without stopping. She had done it herself before without the help of her parents. It wasn't like it would be bad for her. Okay, maybe some because she would be working her body the entire day without food or water.

Wiper put on his heavy green coat as he opened the door from inside his rusty one room house (techniqly 2, the bathroom). " Another predictable day" he said sighing as he walked out and examined the Sound village from the top of a 2 story house, the bottom half owned by someone he paid no attention to. He just knows the owners dog never shuts the heck up.
He shook his coat to check his inventory. Then he opened it up and checked everything. Batchs of kunias and shurikan, herbs, and a few replacement parts in cause his harmonic device broke. " Crap" he said. He was waving his bandaged arm randomly, noticing theres something wrong with it.
He put his left arm back into his coat, completly unnoticable, and walked down into one of the streets in the village.
Maybe I should go train today. Maybe thats what I do everyday! Nothing to do. Maybe I should request more jobs. Not a good idea.
Wiper walks into a small tavern and sits his butt right at a table next to the door. He raises his bandage hand as a waitress passes by, the coat sleeve slipping down towards the table. The waitress turned and stared at Wiper.
Everytime. You'd think people have seen a guy missing an arm and replaced with a metal one!
He bangs on the table with the same hand to snap her out. The entire tavern heard the bang and looked at him. He clears his throat and politly and asks for a heavy drink. Waitress agreed and went off.
A barfight might be entertaining? These guys look like they can put up some fun.

(Kuniko Taka)
She walked over to the wall and simply leaned on it as she watched the empty streets. After bit, she finally got fed up with it and walked back to the entrance gates of her Clan's home, and opened the doors. She walked in and shut them behind her. She saw one of the younger kids training with his father.
She smiled as she watched the little boy do his best to avoid his father's attacks. He had to be about six. He hadn't been doing this as long as she had, but he would get there once day. When she saw the little boys mother look her way, she simply nodded and went back to walking towards her home.
She stopped a little ways off from the house though. She looked over at the log that was upright in the middle. It had been a while since she had last used that. The only time she was allowed to was when she was training on her own since she was now out of the Academy.
She grabbed a kunai out of her pouch and got down with her knees bent. She had to make sure that she was in a good position to throw the kunai so that it would fly better and hit the target that she wanted it to hit. She narrowed her eyes on a certain spot. Right in the dead center of the log. She had already marked that spot since she always came out here and tried to hit that one spot without fail.
She would keep doing it day after day until she hit it on the first try. So far she was still working on it. She had been working on it for the past week. She was getting closer each day on the first try, but she still would not hit it.
She closed her eyes for a moment and opened her other senses even more. She heard birds chirping in the forest and smiled at the sound. Only for a short moment though. She blocked out that sound and didn't hear anything else excpet for the training of the other family. She blocked that out as well.
She re-opened her eyes and spun around as she threw the kunai at the log. She didn't move until it hit the log a few seconds later. Her speed in throwing the kunai was getting better, but that wasn't what she was going for right now. Aim. That was what she needed.
She stood up straight and walked over to the log. She sighed when she saw it just centimeters above the mark she had made that marked the center of the log. Time to try again. She got that close, so maybe she would be able to get it on the second try.
Kuniko felt someone watching her, but didn't divert her gaze. She took note of where it was coming from and it seemed to be coming from her house. That meant that is was one of her parents. Once she got back to where she was standing before, she got back down in the same position. She repeated the same steps as before, and let the kunai fly towards the log.

She walked over to the log and noticed that it had hit the center. She sighed relief as she looked around. The little boy was still training. She knew that he would be. She looked at her house and saw her father watching from a window. She just nodded to him as he nodded back.
She began walking back to the entrance of the property. She, once again, opened the doors and walked out, closing them behind her. She looked around to see the streets empty still. She shouldn't have thought otherwise.
She started walking down the deserted street. Wasn't there someone around? Surely there had to be. Was her family the only ones that woke up this early? That was what it was beginning to look like. She shrugged as she continued to walk while listening to the birds.
She loved listening to the birds when she had nothing to do. It gave her time to focus on their sounds. She stopped walking as she closed her eyes. As soon as she did, her other senses other than sight heightened. It was something that she had learned to do as part of her training when she as younger.
She pictured the bird as she listened. She couldn't quite name the bird, but she loved the picture that she painted of the bird. The small animal had a soft brown crown and the same color for its wings. The breast to the bird was a regular shade of red. The rest of the bird, with exception of the tail which was a darker brown, looked like it was a tan color. It wasn't very big either. It could fit in the palm of her hand.
She opened her eyes and saw a bird flying around a tree. It looked like it was trying to get the attention of another bird. It was the same bird that she had pictured. This seemed to be the bird that she saw the most of.

Wiper waited for his drink. Looking around seeing a bunch of old guys at one table talking about political stuff that he had no idea about, a bunch of ninja at another table, and the rest was just a bunch of normal citizen's.
While Wiper was relaxing, he felt a slight tug on his coat collar, than a giant force of the collar and he almost fell out of his seat. " What the hell!" he shouted as he looked behind him, seeing the bartender holding his coat.
"You know your not allowed in here. I know your only 16. Come back in 2 years and I might serve yah something!" The bartender (who was a fat man) grabbed Wiper's left arm and pulled it towards the door. Wiper didn't budge an inch from his seat and put up little resistance. The bartender pulled harder and harder on Wipers arm. The bartender pulled so hard, he disconnected Wiper's hand off his arm, making himself fly backwards landing on his butt with Wiper's bandaged metal hand next to him on the floor.
Wiper chuckled a little as he looked down at his harmonic arm(still bandaged), paying attention to the exposed wrist. Noticing a sharp silvery object is slighty sticking out. " Thanks" Wiper says intreged as he got up from his chair and started to pull on the object sticking out from the middle of his wrist. After a slight effort, he finally forced the object out and it flunge straight out. A knife/dagger about twice as long as Wiper's arm appeared out of his wrist.
" Can I have that back please" Wiper says, extending the knife at the bartenders face on the floor.
The bartending mumbles something frantically and throws the hand next to Wiper's foot. He scurred back onto his feet and backed away from Wiper.
Wiper adjusted his foot and kicked the metal hand into the air and caught it with his real one. He shook his harmonic arm and the dagger slide right back into his arm, only the tip narroly showing. He then put the hand back on the wrist and screwed it back on. " I have to thank you for one thing. I wouldn't of realized my dagger was jamming my arm if you hadn't taken it off." He chuckles a little.
He turned around and walked right out of the bar. On the street, he leaned agiant the bar wall and took out some bandages and wrapped some around the rip between the wrist and the hand. After a short second, he had everything back to normal and slide both his arms into his coat.
"Now what?" Wiper pondered as he leaned againt the building wall. " I wonder what other chunnin are up to right now? Training probably?"

"Ahh... Today is truly wonderful." The breeze was exhilerating, the smells fresh. If only he could see it... Now, who was it he was to find? Ahhh, that's right, Kuniko. Didn't know much about her, though he heard she didn't talk much. It was something about a mission, but the wonderful day had driven it from his mind. "Oh well, I'm sure she will remind me when I meet her."
Now, if only he could find her... "Wonder what she's like?" he mumbled. Oops... Shouldn't have spoke! Shiryoku thought as he hit a tree branch. "Are you OK? Asked a gruff voice. "Oh no! Ican't see!.. Wait, that's normal." Was Shiryoku's response. He couldn't tell if his odd joke had made the gruff voice smile or not.
"By the way, do you know where I can find Kuniko?" He asked.
"Yeah, she was heading for the entrance gate last I saw. Why do you ask?" Gruff Voice answered.
"I'm not sure" Shikyo replied. Entrance gate, that was right where he started! "Well, it'll be a long walk, but a short run. Just gotta remember to keep my mouth shut this time." Shikyo thought as he sped towards the gate.
