It was a sunny day, one with clear blue skies and mild wind. Perfect day to visit the beach so that you can have sun, sand and sea. Of course, both Dragain and Saniiro had to choose a nice day like this to be busy with work and other things around the house.
With nothing to do, most of the children started playing games on the computer and the various console games. Some even took to singing, which lead to many awkward situations.
Sesshomaru, however, chose to visit the nearby playground, and play in the sandbox found there. It was a medium sandbox, enough to fit 3 kids in. A pair of swings and a slide stood nearby. The whole place was rather empty, and he had the whole place to himself.

The sun shone through one of Kyo's window, warming the young man's skin. Still over come with shock of the recent manifestation of his so called Kyrstal, Kyo barely noticed Astrel's disappearing act.
Slipping through the shadows that haunted Kyo's small two room, one bath home, Astrel made his way through the mess and over the furniture and headed off to the great out doors... for some odd reason Kyo failed to lock his own door, which of course didn't surprise Astrel one bit.
Astrel stared up into the sky and shielded his eyes from the light... so bright it nearly burned at his skin.
A rasping voice left his eager mind!
There has to be another child out and about!
Just then a play ground came into view... decorated with swings, a slide, and not to mention the sandbox. Astrel squinted his eyes and spotted a child occupying the sandbox....
"Hmmm..." Astrel darted off and charged for the playground and toward the child clad in odd clothing and not to mention its odd appearance.

( Blargh, I shall RP here anyways. XD)
The dreaded finals were looming closer, and Fei found himself surrounded with textbooks and notes as he spent day after day studying. He barely left his apartment, nor payed much attention to Logan, who was becoming quite angry with being cooped up for so long.
"Fei!" the little boy howled one day, finally cracking. "I wanna play! Let me out!" Fei rubbed his temples and glance up wearily at Logan. "Logan..." he said with a sigh. "Just wait a few more days. I can't leave the apartment yet."
"Please!" The boy was desperate." Just to that... little playground right there!" He pointed out the window to the children's playground in the distance. "See? You can watch me from the window and everythin'!" Logan turned back to Fei with pleading eyes.
"Argh... fine! Fine. Just... leave me alone. Don't be gone long." With a happy yell, Logan snatched Luc from his bed and scampered out the door. He slid down the stairs and darted out of the building, heading towards the playground.

It didn't take too long for Sesshomaru to realise that someone was looking at him. It gave him that irritating, not to mention uncomfortable, feeling. It was then he heard footsteps coming nearer, in quite a fast speed.
He frowned, and realised that there is another set of footsteps as well. So much for having the whole place for himself.
He stood up and quickly climbed out of the sandbox, sitting on the edge with his legs dangling over the sides. The newcomers better not be trouble.

Astrel stood only a few feet away from the sandbox... and that odd looking so called... child!
Astrel scratched at his head then took a seat on the edge that lined the sandbox, kicking his feet every so often and dragging up dust and sand into the air.
Sticking his finger into the sand, Astrel began to draw random unshaped objects. Looking up to the strange creature

Upon arrival, Logan flopped down onto an empty swing and placed Luc on his lap. He rocked the swing a bit, and glanced around for any other signs of life. Two children younger than he were apparently playing in the sandbox. Logan wrinkled his nose. He had long outgrown playing with sand.
As there wasn't much else to do however, the boy got up from his swing and wandered over anyways. He blinked curiously at what the other two were doing.

Sesshomaru heard the older child approaching, he was just too preoccupied with looking at the other child to look at Logan. His eyes narrowed at Astrel, disliking the way the boy's eyes looked at him... Like he was some kind of alien.
He then looked up at Logan. Maybe he'll be better entertainment. Studying him for a moment, Sesshomaru's golden eyes rested on the bunny plushie in Logan's hands.
Pointing at it, he let out a soft, "Wha's that?"

Logan blinked at the younger boy. "...My rabbit," he said softly. "His name's Luc." He sidled over closer to the overly-dressed boy, trying to show that he was on friendly terms.
Logan had sensed the other one's glare, and something feral flashed behind his blue eyes as he glanced across the sandbox. If the other black-haired boy was asking for trouble, he would not be the one to back down. Tensing up slightly, Logan said nothing. He instead seated himself at the opposite corner of the box with the oddly-dressed boy between him and the other one.

Sesshomaru's body teased up, feeling that trouble might already be here. The feeling is difficult to shrug off, and he tried to forget about that feeling. Turning to Logan, his face still rather expressionless, the boy blinked.
"Can I see?" He asked quietly, trying to ignore the other child as much as possible. It was almost impossible though, when he heard that snicker. He don't like that kid one little bit.

Astrel raised an eyebrow and tilted his head slightly at the two boys. It was weird really... how two people could get along with out knowing each other before.
Astrel just scratched at his head and ignored it. Astrel dragged his body into the sand box and began to drag sand to his frail toddler figure, creating hills as he went along, pondering on what to create with the earthy brown sand.

Logan didn't normally let others play with Luc, as he was extremely protective of the plushie. But just to be nice, the boy slowly held his rabbit out. "Don't hold him by the ears..." he mumbled. He gave a fleeting glance at the other toddler, who appeared to be minding his own business.

Sesshomaru nodded, and held the plushie in his hands. Examining it, he gave a slight smile as he squeezed it gently with his hand. Turning to look at Logan, the child exclained softly, "Luc is really soft..."
His eyes turned to look at the other boy who was playing with sand. He didn't like him, but just for the sake of knowing, Sesshomaru wanted to ask for his name. What if the other boy refuses to answer? He frowned, holding out the bunny to Logan.

Astrel glanced up at the other two boys from his pile of sand between his feet, feeling as if thousands of eyes peered down at him all at once. Feeling rather strange, Astrel shifted in his seat with the slightest of movement.
Astrel watched the two as they shared the toy between themselves, feeling slightly jealous that he didn't have a toy of his own, the young boy commited a note to memory, to pester Kyo about obtaining one for himself.

Logan retrieved his rabbit, feeling relieved that nothing bad had happened to his plushie. "...Er, my name's Logan," he said to the younger boy. Fei had tried to teach Logan some manners, and the boy decided to put them to use.
"Um... your clothes are nice..." he said slowly. "Isn't it... hot though?"
