Anyhow, from what material is Saiyajin armor made? I don't mean spandex, but the armour itself. ^^

I don't mean spandex, but the armour itself. ^^ I don't think it's ever given a name; Vegeta explains briefly to Gohan and Kuririn about it's durability and flexability, but he doesn't seem to know much about it beyond that. It must be easy to synthesize with just normal Earth materials though, since Bulma is able to make so many of them.

how many times in all did they use the dragon balls?and what is the name of the dragon that comes out of the dragon balls after the super 17 saga in dbgt after when haidas and earth are opened..umm yeah.

The Original armour was made on planet Vegeta using materials found in the Earth. It was never actually given a name by Toriyama (he wasn't as detailed in his world as Tolkien was wink ). The armour that Bulma made on Earth was probably made from highly condensed carbon alloy judging by how durable they were and the way they broke apart.
If you mean ALL the Dragonballs, I beleive it was 29 from the beginning of DB till the end of GT. Seven dragons came out of the dragonballs. I think you mean the most dangerous one and that's Omega Shenron.

They were a very technologically advanced race and had full control of the planet until the Saiya-jin whom were very primitive rebelled and destroyed their culture. The Saiya-jin took over the planet and renamed it Planet Vegeta. It was mentioned int he Manga, DBZ, and some of the movies.
