The Joys of life...I have a huge crush on my friend (male)...but the issue is I cant really tell how gay/bi he is, if at all...I'm a bi/leaning gay and it's just bugs the hell out of me...On the flip side do I go for guys because I'm scared of girls...I'm just one big mess and it's killing me...

Try talking to him about his views on sexuality, bring it up in casual conversation, and if you and him are good friends he'll open up and talk to you.
At least, that's how it worked with my friend and I.
