Dont know if you already know this or not but for the ppl that dont know I am going to go ahead and tell yah. The battle system is basically a Third Person Shooter Game. Its an RPG but its in Third Person Point of View and is a shooter.
The story line is basically if you all seen Advent Children its a year after that but three years after FF7.

it is going to be awsome i cant wait to play as vencent he is the only one with a three barrled gun and i mean a gun not a gun blade like azule.

I can't wait till it comes out, it looks very cool. I know it's a third person shooter with RPG elements. It was supposed to have an online/MMORPG, and it does in the japanese version, but apparently is being taken out of the US/European release. Incase some of you have seen this..it also mentions other changes that are being made to make it better...Source: E3 06: Dirge of Cerberus Localization Update

i really wanna see this game, i personally didnt like the combat format of the other FF games, but anything to with Vincent, Guns, and blowing the crap out of stuff rocks

the gameplay is horrible the story is alright but the gameplay is still horrible because of the gameplay the game kinda sucks you get6 to play with cait sith for 1 lvl and rest is all vincent u cant even play with any other cooler ff charcaters like cloud and the only scenes you see cloud in is a scene of him riding his motorcycle into battle and then charging at a woman that vincent defeats later then you see cloud 1 more time in the end for like 2 secs although the story is bearable the gameplay aint
