Here are three short poems I wrote out of boredom on my campus... I thought I'd lost them, but I found them again. So I thought I'd share.
By the hour
I sit here,
Picking up the pieces
Of my shattered mind.
Slowly I rot away
In obscurity.

Dancing in the puddles
Of a morning shower.
Letting the ripples disfigure
the reflections,
Until they appear real.
-----
Sleep under the warm Sun,
Bask in the cold moonlight.
Lifes simple pleasures
Taken for granted.
-----
Not my best I think, but for some reason I liked them enough to share.

Oh yes, and please tell me what you think of them regardless, as I've posted before, some of my earlier works can be found in my journal, of which I haven't updated in ages. Feel free to comment the entries. =D

I really like your writing style and i really like the pieces you posted ^..^ They are short and sweet and rather powerful. Oh and i really like your signature, it's from a Magic card unless i'm mistaken- that or it's based off of a Magic card. ^..^ Take Care and keep up the good work!

I agree with what Senna said. You say so much without saying anything at all.
Anywho, curiosity is killing me. What sort of mindset were you in when you wrote them? Somehow they make me feel lazy, sad, yet serene all at once. *scratches head* Pretty impressive stuffs.

[.Omnis.Ex.Nullus.] Maybe I was a bit tired... lazy... That was the impression I was getting. Thank you for elaborating ^^ [.Omnis.Ex.Nullus. ] Most my stuff seems to not to come out of how I feel at the moment... Why not? It's not a bad thing, by any means. It gives people a chance to connect to you and share in your emotions. It also boosts imagery. Anywho, I like your style. More please? wink
