I actualy think Batman could win. Not Toe to Toe ofcourse but i do credit him being smart enough to find a way to win.

Seriously? For starters, Kryptonite shouldn't even be considered here, as Superman could take him out from a far distance.
Next, even if prep time was given for Bruce to come up with a plan, Superman would be smart enough to watch for anything suspicious.
And if Batman could win, then even Bulma could literally do the same thing. If this is a contest of brains, then Bulma is a God.
(Sorry, I had to mention that. It just seems too unrealistic to be true if Batman could win with smarts.)

Batman is a prep god.
If given access to all of his resources and several months of prep time, he could whip something up, like a Phantom Zone Projector.

I tend to look at Bulma as the Reed Richards of the DBZ Universe.
Walking plot device.
Anyway...
Batman needs a team and a plan to slow Superman down. Even then, he's not actually "defeating" him.
The point of having the two of them together is that they shouldn't be fighting at all.

DasUberGuy Batman is a prep god. If given access to all of his resources and several months of prep time, he could whip something up, like a Phantom Zone Projector. Then it all comes down to prep time. That needed to be alloted properly in the first post (for the record, it wasn't even mentioned).

Superman once gave bats a Kriptonite ring in case he ever was manipulated wich tells me that sups thinks bats could find a way to win(adbeit sups would be brainwash or mind controled) He could even built some sort of armour(like Lex did)

Therefore, it means that he didn't think Batman would have a great chance of beating him without it.

Was i the only one that saw Supes kicking the snot out of Batman in Infinite Crisis? In a real battle situation, that would had to happen. No matter what Bats tries to pull, Supes is just too fast to let him even think about doing it.
Given prep time, he could probably think of something to get a "gadget win", if not, he's toast (literally).

Given prep time, he could probably think of something to get a "gadget win", if not, he's toast (literally). yah that was insanely awesome but there was an ep in (cant remeber but it was on cartoon network one time) where batman said he and the team beat superman because he went crazy once but then again thats batman and the jla....... and lets not forget that superman DOES outsmart batman there was a comic where superman became a normal human and he beat batman hand to hand and he has also beaten a super computer at a game of chess where the computer is so smart it plans like a billion moves ahead or soemthing like that im not even gonna ask what vs of superman it even is faceing batman (unlss it is fetus superman then i would just die laughing)
