^-^ You look so sweet. Honestly, your hair seems to be a style within itself now. If you've ever looked at a Gothic Lolita Bible or a similar magazine, some of the models have short hair too. ^_^ I mostly see it choppy or layered, likely with some product in it to add some character. Take some finishing spray and apply it while your hair is wet. If you blow-dry it, turn it upside-down and ruffle it continuously with your hand. When you're finished, it should be kind of poofy. ^^ Put some light hold hair gel or hair manipulator on your fingertips, and starting about an inch from your roots, run your fingers through your hair quickly every which way. Ruffle it up again and pick out a headdress. 4laugh
Makeup is easy to do, but things like eyeliner require a steady hand and precision. I'd visit a makeup counter and ask them if they could teach you how to do it properly. If you have a MAC store near you, I suggest going there because their products and employees are very professional and can most likely suggest techniques and certain types of makeup to use if you want a certain look.

Oooh! Thanks Drywater! Next time im out shopping, im going to look for some good hair sprays so next time i wash my hair, i'll follow what you said! <3 And about the makeup, i was thinking of asking my friends to put makeup on me first, then just copy what they do to me, plus it'll stop their 'Hollie can i dress you up?' comments xD I shall have a look in some bibles issues, then next time im in town, see if i can find any simular makeup. Thankies

I like the hair cut. Alot of lolis' have a cut like that... From what I've seen, its a pretty common haircut for Japanese girls at the moment... And if you have no problem wearing "boys" clothes... You'd make a wicked sweet Kadona... (thats a compliment. My hair is to long to pull it off right... and sadly I dont look so good with hair shorter than my right below my shoulder blades.)

Nice. ^.^ Your hair seems to be a great style, even if you don't cut it off. My hair is poofy, and won't do that well. Lucky! That's a standard style hair cut in Japan right now, too. I would know; I just went. =) Also, for makeup, it depends on how heavy you want it and what look you're going for. Personally, I usually wear heavy eyeliner, puting it on the bottom and a bit on top, but I don't think that that would be right for you. Try a bit of light eyeshadow and a light (possibly liquid eyeliner) eyeliner layer above and below your eyes. But really, just experiement with whatever; you can always wash it off! You can also go to a cosmetic store and get some advice; usually you can even get a tutorial! =O Hope it helped.
