I zanied up the perspective, moved the horizon and added definition to the duder there while taking the focus off of him a bit.

Tell me your innermost secrets. About this picture.

Again very cool but alas it still remains that your figure is blocky and cartoonish to the sleek, realistic pylons.

I like the red hangover. The wires are still ace.

i love the new perspective, it has a stronger effect. although, there seems to be too high a concentration of wires in the distance. I tend to like the effect of having more negative space between them.
and i agree on the figure. it's still too cartoonish, frankly it looks a bit adolescent.

this guy does some interesting work drawing anime girls, and some of his picture have a sort of similar feel. I personally like how he treats the forms of the girls, so that they're merely suggested in some pictures.

(i'd pick out examples, but i can't actually access the site through this school's filter)

I do really love this... except for the figure. It's cartoony and blocky compared to the pylons, and it's at a funny angle, I think.

I think he needs a lot less red on him, it works on the sun and I know it's a reflection but it's too strong a colour for the bottom of the image, I think.

I'm sure I don't make sense today talk2hand

No, I see what you are all saying there. I was hoping for an interesting contrast there but is toesn't seem to be coming across. I'll give the figure another shot and go for a more real-lifey aspect.
