Ok. A few months ago, I bought this one game called The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. It's a great RPG.

I'll tell you about it later, though. I might even keep a little chronicle of my character for your amusment. My purpose here is to tell you all about the unicorn.

One of the more unique things about Oblivion is that you get horsies. In one instance, you can even find a unicorn. The problem is that there is a quest given to you by a Daedric God that requires you to kill the poor unicorn for its' horn. I decided I'd make my own unicorn so that you could complete the quest and still get horsie goodness.

So, I tried to my my own.

Things did not go so well.

She lets you ride her, but as soon as you get off to either hide or attack a monster, she goes nuts and tramples and gores everything. And then she comes after you. This happened to me when I was hiding from some minotaurs. I got off my pet unicorn and ran behind a tree. Monsters do attack the horses, but usually the horse will either run (and they run faster than any monsters) or trample them.

My unicorn killed both of the minotaurs in under a minute. Then, as I went to go loot their bodies, it went after me. I ran into a cave, hoping that the AI wouldn't allow it to follow me. Unfortunately, it was able to. I quickly saved and exited the game, then rebooted it. The unicorn stood only inches away from me. However, she seemed calm, so I climbed on her again, and we both rode to one of the game's towns, Bruma, calmly.

Once we got to Bruma, I stuck my unicorn in the stables, and went to the inn to get some sleep (And heal, get all my magicka up, and level up >_>)

When I awoke, poor Bruma was in ruins and my unicorn was rampaging around town.

Alas, don't let this happen to you!

Keep all unicorns under a leash.

Now, I'm playing around with the AI to try and fix this. I'll keep you all posted. I can also keep a count of how many times she's killed me. I'll update it every 5 times. So far, she's killed me 3 times.

Ok. It's killed me for a total of 10 times. I now did something with her so that her gore attack ends up hurting you even if you've got God Mode on. The 8th time she killed me, her horn was stuck through my a** while she dragged my body away. It's a real pity that I still can't get screen capturing to work, even though I've enabled it in the .ini file.

I'm still working on her, but I think I might take a break soon.
