Tallest Red and I are contemplating how to go about choosing a mod right now.
Well, usually you´d watch people.. see how they handle things on their own.. and then interview a few of them... ask them about hypothetical situations, how would they handle them.. and then pick the one/s whom seem most likely to hold true to what you ask of them.
(I admin on another forum, actually, and that´s how we do it.)
