My First Anime show was Evanagelion... I love that show... but I took me 3 years to watch the Whole thing... Anime on VHS was Expensive back in the day... $30 for a sub and $25 For a dub... and there were only 2 Episodes on each tape... I'm so happy for DVD.

How about this? Was your First Anime a Sub or a Dub? Sadly I have to say Mine was a Dub... I didn't get into Subs till 4 years after getting into anime... It was Cheaper

I think mine was Sailor moon, but I'm not sure, I've been watching it since before I knew what it was.

One night my cousin introduced me to tank poloce and then I like it so we watched gundam wing and then I was addicted forever! ^_^

i watched dbz in like 2nd grade...lol, id tell the other kids that they are weaklings and i can swing higher than them since i have saiyan blood in me... cool

The first anime I can remember watching is DragonBall Z.
But I know I've watched others even when I was too little to remember, or know what anime was.

silver21ice lol...a lot of people's first animes were dbz or sailor moon.. That is Very True... but you have to think back when Only DBZ ans Sailor moon where the Only Anime on TV... I think that's why Everyone is so into it...
