Intro-The bowman is the only class type in Maplestory that uses the bow and crossbow, they have strongs and bad points....

Stats

A bowman uses long distance attacks so dex. is important to a bowman(its require to be one too). Fill the requirements for the bowman first which is 25 DEX and be lvl 10. To use your 2nd bow and on, you need to have 20 STR and on every level after that where your going to make a full equipment change, add 5 STR so you can equip your new bow.

Weapons for bowmen/crossbowmen

The bowman uses a variaty of long distance melee, mostly bows but some archers change to become crossbowmen to. they are mostly the same because they both start in the first class, in the 2nd and 3rd, its different. A simple difference is that the bowmen use bows and the crossbow. They might be the same but it could be with speed or or power, the archers who stay with bows can become a hunter and later a bow master while the crossbow people turn into snipers and the master almost like the bows(confusing?). Stay with long distance but really to me, a melee weapon could really save your life when you need arrows or bolt, like a simple sword or dagger(I prefer the the spear). The arrows change when you get around Ossyria or the dungeon.

Skills

Blessing of the Amazon-Passive
Increases the chance to hit.

Eye of the Amazon-Passive
Increases the attack range of bows/crossbows.

Critical Shot-Passive
Gives a bigger chance to get a critical hit doing double the damage of a regular hit.

Focus-Supportive
Increase accuracy and Luck.

Double Shot-Active
Shoots to arrows, but BEWARE! your arrows get used faster.

Arrow Blow-Active
Shoots one arrow of energy todo more damage

I would try Ossyria, and El Nath, if not I've heard of a lvl 50 area somewhere in the island, keep an eye open for it....

Jr nekis, horny blue mushrooms, dark axe stumps, zombie mushrooms.
dont try neckis with range, my friend tried to attack them and hes lvl 30 magi and he cant hit them because of how fast they are ^^
nice corners too..
