I finished reading the first manga of Demon Diary, and it's lovely. Cute and adorable... goodness i need more. Does it get better? (i dont see how, but I always thought Gravitation just seemed to get better and better)

It is cute, yes. But don't expect much after volume two or so between Raenef and Eclipse.
They change writers halfway through and the new writer doesn't do much shounen ai in it, unfortunately. I wish they would have kept the original! crying

Though I suppose you can just look at the prettiness of the art. xd There's a bit of shounen ai hinted in the last few volumes. But not as much as I would've liked unfortunately.
I'm too lazy to even go in the next room to my manga bookshelf to look at them. So I can't even give examples.

I just read up to 4!!! Its soooooo cute!! I just wanna grab Raenef and hug him.. or pinch his cheeks! But yes more Raenef/Eclipse action woul dbe nice!! whee

I really enjoyed this series. At first I thought it was going to be a shonen-ai... but yeah, shorro is right, they changed writers and the shonen-ainess faded for a while... crying
Anyways, you can totally tell they were meant for each other. whee
Anyways, continue reading it, i think you might enjoy it. I did. 3nodding

I finished it... I'm now almost obsessed with it!! IT's sooooooooooooooooo cute!! The ending is kinda... just that an ending but still i love it! whee

i love that series there are only 7 books in the series and the ending is kinda sad, but its still a great series.... is this considerd a yaoi???

No, yaoi is explict sex between two guys- Demon Diary is shounen-ai. For shounen-ai it's actually rather tame because Raenef and Eclipse's relationship is nothing more than "read-between-the-lines" implied stuff. It's still boy/boy, though, so... yeah it's good for the guild- just mild and fluffy. Now I must brag. I own the entire Demon Diary and FAKE series' and every one of them is first edition and in near mint condition (near because everyone I know had to read them! mrgreen ). So, yes, they are my pride and joy. heart I also am almost done collecting Gravitation... but I have no money and I'm not going to spen it on something that I already kniow the ending to... Okay, bragging done.

I really like the seires, but I wish their had been more shonen-ai. A good example of shonen-ai is Only The Ring Finger Knows........i love that manga sooo much ^_^ me and my other bi/gay friends that have read that book now all keep rings on our fingers (i'm middle finger >,<) sweatdrop 3nodding
