Cloud starts to decorate, anticipating the event to later happen.
She hangs up signs everywhere, puts up pictures, balloons, anything she could find turned into a decoration. She started to curl some ribbon as she started to map out the rest of the preparations.

Pale rushed up, waving to her. "Got here as soon as I heard! What can I do to help?" she asked excitedly. "Wedsday's bringing the pressies later."

*Kas also aided cloud in the decorating, putting balloons and ribbons here and there. Then her eyes widened as she then said* "Presents! I need to get him one!" *Kas said as she then dashed out to buy something nice*

Cloud beamed brightly.
"You guys rock ^.^" She laughed.
"Umm, well after decorations all I have to do is back the pies, he loves pies. Anything else you can think of?"
She smiled from ear to ear, feeling herself getting bouncy.
"It's a perfect time to set it all up, cuz he's not here ^.^"

Cloud hangs her dress up in the closet to make sure it's clean for tonight. She heads over to the kitchen and begins making the pies.

Her face beaming, Saitre runs in and jumps up and down. "Yay! Birthday party!" She stands in the middle of the room, her eyes wandering over the decorations. "Pretty..." She walked around a bit, still staring at all the decorations, and wishing she had a balloon. Birthday parties always made her feel like a kid again, and she couldn't help but love them. "Ultima should definitely have fun today." She said as she turned around, ready to leave and go in search of a present for him.
As she turned she caught a whiff of something that smelled very delicious. "Mmm... I wonder what that could be?" Walking over to the kitchen, she found Cloud and smiled. "Need any help?"

Cloud jumped, startled.
"Saitre! You scared the bageebaz outta me" She laughed.
"Umm, well I have three of the six different pies done, but..are you on your way out?"
She noticed she had looked like she was headed somewhere.

Saitre smiled at the thought of scaring her. She was usually able to do that, being very quiet and going unnoticed at times. "It can wait, I'm not in a hurry."

Cloud smiled.
"Well, if you are going out, can I give you some money to get some cookies, milk, orange soda and gingerale? I think we need more balloons and ribbons too." she hands her some gold.
"Anything else you can think of, feel free to grab it." Cloud bounced back to the table.
"Any requests for a pie? I've got cherry, apple and blueberry so far."

Taking the gold she pocketed it. "Ok, do you have any specific cookies in mind though? I wouldn't want to get something only I liked." Thinking it over after she had said it though, it didn't sound like a bad idea, unfortunately for her it wasn't her gold. "Well I'm good with just the apple pie!" She said, the thought of a plate with warm apple pie and a big scoop of French Vanilla icecream to go with it making her drool. Shaking the thought out of her head, she made sure that was all Cloud needed before heading out. "Nothing else right? I wouldn't want you to forget something important."

"You forget, I can read minds." She laughed. "Some ice cream sounds good. Grab a couple boxes of oatmeal raisin, and then whatever other kind you like." She thinks hard about what else.
"Well, I think that's it, but really, if you see anything you think we could use, anything at all, pick it up, no need to be shy ^.^"

Saitre laughed. "You're right I do, but only if I space out when people are talking to me. Not that it helps any." Turning around with a wave she headed out to do the shopping. "See you in a bit!" She called to Cloud as she closed the door behind her.

Cloud finishes making the pies and puts them on the long table covered with a dark green table cloth. She nods in approval and heads off to the bathroom to change.

Cloud turns on the radio and checks the clock.
"Almost time ^.^" She says quietly and does another run over to make sure she has everything. She checks the present she bought for Ultima, it wasn't much, but it was the best she could do and she knew he'd understand.
"Now, I just have to wait for the rest of the gang."
She was beaming inside..everything was going perfectly.
