If you haven't noticed yet, Ryan's been demoted. Or, more exactly, he quit. Claimed he paid more attention to his postcount than moderating here. While that might sound ridiculous, it's still very "noble" of him.
Anyway! As with the usual routine, we need to keep our team of 6 up and running. So, we're in need of a replacement.
We've got a few choices here, and I'll run through them all. Let's just forget about anything that happened outside the SRC for the time being.
Jack
He's active, responsible, and mature. On the downside, he has left us once before. I'm not sure if that will happen again, but there's only one way to find out.
Luisito
Really active, really mature and responsible, fairly nice, and overall fun. He's still a bit new and foreign to us, but that's the only real downside.
Splitter4
Gian's friend. He's also pretty active. Not much more I can say, since we've yet to experience how responsible he is.

Matt
I'd just like to note him before anybody else does. While he's also reasonably active, he's far from suitable for the job. He couldn't enforce rules to save his own life, much less upon somebody he considers a friend.
(Can't enforce properly.)
Max
Nah. Not that active, prioritises other forums above the SRC, and he has a habit of insulting everyone. Not what I'd consider mod material.

Kura
You're probably wondering why I'm bringing her up here. She's become a bit more active lately, and is steadily improving, that's why. She can enforce properly and is responsible. Her downside is that she can be a bit strict with rules, but I'm sure we could stop that happening here by talking to her.
Ruling out Max and Matt, that still leaves Kura, Jack, Luisito, and Splitter. o_o I guess they're our choices. Anything you want to say about them? There's too many to simply do a majority vote on. sweatdrop

Out of Kura, Jack, Luisito, and Splitter, I'll give my opinions:
Jack:
Not sure I can add much. I guess what you said pretty sums it up.
Kura:
Although she started to get more active nowadays, it still isn't that much in my opinion. If she keeps improving, however, I'd choose her.
Luisito:
Luisito seems to be the most suitable right now. We may not know him as well as we know the others, but for sure he is a nice guy.
Splitter:
Could do the job properly, but even himself said that it would be too much responsability for him nowadays.
Maybe we could interview each of them?

Mmm, I suppose an interview could do. It's a fairly equal decision we're faced with here. I'm not exactly for it though, so I'll wait and see what the others have to say.
We'll cross Splitter off for now, since he doesn't want to do it. That just leaves Kura, Jack, and Luisito.

Anyone of them would be good methinks, you can't go wrong whoever you pick. D;
As much as I adore Kura, and Jack would uphold the rules, Luisito's everywhere you turn, if you want someone who's active, go with him.

... 'kay. Since both Kylie and Mayl didn't post in here, despite both of them being online, their opinions don't count. So let's forget about them now~
I'm going to interview them all, from most active to least active. This way, Jack and Kura might have a better chance to answer, to make up for their lower activity levels. ^_^ Sounds fair, no?

OMG its Luisito Why do you want to be a moderator of our guild? Because I really enjoy being there and would do my best to be dedicated. How long have you been a member of our guild? How much of a contributor do you think you are? I've been a member of the guild for about a month. I think I contribute lots, through posting, conversating, and the donation I made to the guild. First, let me say that I'm about equal with how good I think both interviews turned out. Kura makes up for her lack of activity with her fairness, and I really admire how grateful she is for us considering her. She also has experience on her side.
On the other hand, Luisito's really straightforward and honest - not implying that Kura's not honest, but I'm thinking Luisito would be willing to admit anything if need be. He's also quite mature and sensible.
Like I said, I'm pretty equal here, but due to how Luisito sometimes uses racial insults, and his lesser experience, I'm going with Kura.
