You know those bands who have like 5+ cds and only one is any good but the one that is good is ******** amazing?
Example = Hed Pe and their cd "Broke"
Nothing else by them is half as good
Name some more bands like this and their one good cd/Talk about mentioned bands

you,know what there is alot of? one hit wonder bands. Take crazy town for snstance they wrote butterfly and then dropped of the face of the earth

Yeah 1 hit wonder bands are alomst as bad as no hit bands. SO many bands need to just have there contracts ripped up. I have no idea why people love so many bad to medicor bands. Examples Jet, My chemical romance, Fall Out Boy, and the trews (theres many more but they were the first to come to mind).

i think thats because they basically have only one album and the Complete Masterworks thing
or did they have a new cd coming out?
well the Darkness is kind of a one hit cd band because Permission to Land was huge and their #2 cd didnt come out as strong
still both really good though

I think Iron Butterfly can be considered one of those one-hit wonder bands, because they released their album with the song "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida," and that was it for them.
As far as bands that only have one good cd, i don't think i've run into any as of yet. So far, whatever bands i've listened to, i've liked all of their cds.
