"1989-2006 Mikey Way's Glasses 'At the young age of 9 years, Michael James Way was struck with with the affliction known as nearsightedness. Unable to see such things as the chalkboard, the movie screen (or anything more than 5 feet away) the lad was forced to get corrective lenses. Michael and his glasses spent many fruitful years together. They saw eachother through the good times, as well as the bad. In May of 2006 this friendship came to a crashing halt. Michael's glasses met their end tragically, by way of Lasik eye surgery. The glasses leave behind two loving brothers, Ray Ban, Paul frank, and their father Chanel. Viewing times and dates will be announced shortly.'" ^from Mikey's blog. Also... me thinks he got a tattoo.  Any one got Mikey's arm memorized? p.s. The picture came from his myspace, so I'm almost certain that that's HIS tattoo, why else would he put up a picture of two kids with what looks like fresh tattoos...?

hmmm only two people in the band have got tattoos... unless bob does... Oh well, they look cool.

WTF? Mikey Way+No Glasses =/= Mikey Way.
I remember when Mikey with no glasses was a rare occourance, this is so odd to me o.O
My friend's going to have a heart failure when she hears this, she always said his glasses were the best looking thing in the band.

I loved Mikey's glasses, they where so smexy and made him look handsome.

As shocked as I was to have read that he doesn't have glasses anymore, I started to think that it's his life and he can do what he wants with it. If he doesn't have glasses, then why should we like him or the band any less?

If he doesn't have glasses, then why should we like him or the band any less? I don't think anyone was saying that they'd like him less, I certainly don't think of him differently. It's just glasses... it's prolly easier for him now anyway.
