What I think this guild needs is maybe a Unifying theme.

I got a bit too general with the 'main writing' idea I believe. Because what kind of people is that going to attract? We need to be a bit more...exclusive/inclusive? I don't know, we have to do something- but in a way the guild was better when it was JUST focused on Final Fantasy.

It was also easier to manage that way.....

So, maybe we need to be more specific. Shall we turn this guild into FFE again, or....do something else. I don't know. That's why I'm asking you guys! =)

We need to be a bit more creative than just starting new RPs, because we all know the frustration of trying to start something and then people just don't want to continue it. We can make all the 'real life' excuses we want (I myself have done this) but when it comes down to it, if we REALLY wanted to be here, we would. I don't think we can deny that truth.

So since I want to be here now, and other people want to move things along...let's try to discuss some ideas.

Okay, Since a single theme would be nice, what I can suggest, is that the subforums we hae get changed slightly. We still have a RP forum and a dead thread forum, but we change one of the others to random threads and the other to announcements. Then, we change the main forum into whatever type of guild this is going to become, probably FF, that way, you have a main interest and a side interest, for those who don't want to do just FF.

Hmm, good idea! What about this:

Main Forum: Whatever we choose the main RP to be about (Final Fantasy, Buffy....whatever) Those RPs go here. Annoucements should probably go here too as well. I don't know about a subforum just for annoucements...that's probably overkill.

Random RPs: Everything else that's not part of the main category. So Ahlia and others wouldn't feel left out.

Dead RPs (Cemetery Corner): Same as before.

Gaming Corner: Will be changed into a main discussion place. Like just a place to hang out and chat if we get bored of RPs.

Charmed Corner will probably be changed into something else since I think that one is dead now.

Yay! Okay...I guess I have to stop being lazy and start moving some threads around and creating/re-creating some stuff. XD

Yes, much more organized...but cleaning up also showed us how empty everything is. Hopefully, we'll get more active RPers soon...

Perhaps we should try and get our current members active before we go recruiting again....

Will do. As it is, I'm still waiting for a computer with net access that I can use. I'll be able to use my parents on Sunday (sat night/sun morning for you), so if you can think of something by then, I'll be able to try and get a banner going, since I've got a decent amount of random pictures on my parents pewter.
