Alright everyone this is just a quick announcement on a new sub-forum that you may have noticed called General Archives.
The General Archives were created to nearly wipe out the concept of thread deletion. Now instead of deleting threads you will send old dead threads to the General Archives. Now this serves many purposes, for one thing it will make it possible to bring back old RPs and topics should the thread creator return to the guild and want to continue on with their RP or topic.
Also it serves the purpose of retaining information that otherwise would have been lost by being deleted.
And finally it will allow us to move unfinished threads to the archives to be worked on until they are complete. Such is the case with some of the clan threads in the Chaos Order Role-Play forum. Already two of the unfinished clan threads have been moved to the archives for safe keeping until they can be finished.
So this new policy will nearly erase the concept of thread deletion from this guild. This will allow you guys to get rid of inactive threads without worrying about if the thread owner returns at a later date and wants their thread back. All you have too is send it back to its original forum and all will be well. 3nodding
Well I hope this new policy helps out in cleaning out the clutter without having to delete anything. 3nodding
