General Archives
The General Archives are to be a new way for the Crew to handle old threads
and unfinished topics without having to delete them. In keeping old threads in the archives,
the threads can be returned to active use should the thread creator
return to the guild and wish to continue on with their RP or topic.

Archive Topic Tags
When a thread is moved to the archives, the crew member that moves
the thread needs to go into the topic once it has been moved and edit
the title of the thread so that at its end it contains a tag
to allow others to know which sub-forum it came from.
