alright, we've ALL got big egos, so naturally a fighting tournament is one thign we're ALL looking for. A little while ago I got a personal Invite to join this tournament. And Its open to anyone who thinks they got what it takes to win it all.

If you think you'd like to join, post up with what charactors, and bracket you'll be fighting in, as well as your tournament status, that way we can keep track of all the guild members in volved in this.

Story

A single man decided to host an open tournament for all fighters that wished to compete for the title of Gaia's greatest fighter--the greatest fighter in the omniverse, across worlds, galaxies, timelines, the multiverse, realms, realities, and planes--using his own wealth, materials, connections, and abilities to construct stadiums for the event. This is one.

Entry fee for participants is 1K. SUBMIT THIS TO GTB_Bank. This is not a scam.

The way the tournament runs is simple. Threads have been set up in the Barton, Chatterbox, and Free For All Guilds sections of Gaia, with the Barton thread featuring Barton and Commerce branches, the Chatterbox thread featuring the Chatterbox branch, and the Free For All thread featuring both the Organization/Military-Based Guilds and FFA Guilds branches. A max of 128 participants will be accepted in each of the Commerce, Barton, and Chatterbox branches, and 64 participants will be accepted in both the O/M and FFA branches. A person may now enter with any number of accounts and characters in the branch(es) of his or her choosing, but the cost is 1K per character entered.

This is an open tournament, which means anyone may enter provided their application is up to par. First come, first serve.

The prelimary tournament brackets will run down to the final two participants in each of the branches aside from the O/M and FFA branches, in which case one fighter from each branch will be drafted to the final eight. These final eight will advance to the Gaian Tenkaichi Budoukai quarterfinals, ever closer to winning the grand prize and title of greatest fighter in existence.

Individuals in the final eight will battle off to decide their placement and prize money. After the first six places are all said and done, the two fighters in the finals will fight to decide the grand champion.

  • The eighth and seventh place participants will each win 4K.
  • Sixth place wins 8K.
  • Fifth is 16K.
  • Fourth is 32K.
  • Third is 64K.
  • Second is 128K.
  • First is 256K.

Please see this thread for more information concerning rules and registry. Thank you for any interest you have in the tournament. All help is appreciated, and the sooner the branch fills up, the sooner that part of the tourny starts, so please tell others. =)

I entered in the O/M bracket. I wonder how high I will get on the bracket.

Lost with Azmaru Hakkai

I believe I have Hakkai Aeris and another Azamru in there...somewhere.

2nd round won by Azmaru Seran, moving to 3rd round of Barton

Whoo-hoo!
