unfortunatly, there is a jewish girl who has gotten a deathly sickness 3 weeks before her wedding. if you daven or say something, or do a special mitzvah, please have chana bas rasha zelda in mind, or say her name at a torah reading....
thanx so much, and we wish her a refuah shelama

*pulls out siddur for text of the mishaberach* (Self-created transliteration, translation from Sim Shalom, the current standard Conservative siddur).
Mi sheberach avotenu, Avraham, Yitzchak, v'Yaakov, Sarah, Rivkah, Ra-chel v'Leya, hu yivarech et ha cholah Chana bat Rasha Zelda. Hakadosh baruch hu yimaleh rachamim, aleya l'hachazikah o'lrapotahv'yishlach la mherah, r'fuah shlemah min hashamayim, refuat ha nefesh o'refuat ha goof, b'toch sh'ar cholei yisroel, hashta ba'aagalah o'vizman kariv, v'nomar amen.
May G-d who blessed our ancestors, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel and Leah, bring blessing and healing to Chana bat Rasha Zelda. May the Holy One mercifully restore her to health and vigor, granting her physical and spiritual well-being, together with all others who are ill. We hope and pray that healing is at hand. And let us say, Amen.
(Note: I adapted the one out of the Shabbat service, since the stupid siddur doesn't have a good weekday section. We still use the old books at our synagouge for that, whcih I don't have here. I also only put down for the female for the Mi Sheberach, since that is whom the prayer was requested for).

Please say misheberach for yehuda ben yehudit...
He suffered from a really bad car crash a while ago, he had to get something like over 200 units of blood until they could actually make head or tail about what happened to him gonk . It was a pure mirical, the crushed his spine less than a centimeter below the critical point that would have paralyzed from waist down... thank g-d for that!
He's alive and (barely) walking now, but he's still undergoing ALOT of surgery!

although a mi sheberach is only said after krias hatorah (torah reading), there is also a place in shemona esrei to daven for someone's refuah, in the bracha "r'fa-ainu hashem v'nairafai". all sidurim that i've seen have it, but that's only orthadox, so i don't know about others. as a rule, whatever artscroll makes can be considered top-of-the-line.

Proudly_Jewish mellella hey, thanx you guyz, and like zonko said, you can write other people here who need a refuah shelama as well what about Ilan Halimi? crying that's a different prayer... if anyone feels compelled to say tehillim, that would be a good thing to do, but one doesn't ask refuah for the deceased, only the diseased.

I'm so sorry to hear that sad . What's his full name? sweatdrop . By the way, one of the soldiers that were kiddnapped - Eldad Regev...
