((Whoo. Tale'Moana's second trip to the beach. This time with Demyx.))
"How much longer?" Asked the hyperactive little mermaid in her green bowl. She gazed out at the soft, almost pastel colored waters with her bright golden eyes. She wanted very much to be swimming right now, but she also wanted to meet Demyx. He was going to be her new friend, and she wanted to meet him soon. To her, he was taking for ever to get here.
"We've only been waiting for 2 minutes, Tale. Don't get your scales in a bunch." Said the very patient Mom of the mermaid, VP. She sat on a towel in the sane with Tale'Moana's bowl in her lap. She absently said, "You're bowl feels... heavier."
"Maybe I'm growing?"
"I doubt that for a while longer." VP smiled lovingly and tapped Tale gently on her head. "Not untill its time. You still need to learn a few things before I am willing to let you grow." At that, VP laughed and set Tale closer to the waters egde. "They should be here soon."
"Yay!!!!" The green mermaid squeeled and splashed Vp.

Roselite parked the SUV, barely able to park thanks to the small, bee-like demon child she called her son. "Demyx, calm down! We just got here!"
"I know mom, but I WANNA MEET TALE'MOANA!!" He fluttered around the SUV till Roselite opened the door.
"Oh no you don't!" She snatched the boy before he flew off. "We will walk together to see them. Now, you are to stay in my arms till I set you down myself. Is that clear?" She gave him THE LOOK(tm).
"Yes momma..."

Tale heard the Suv first. She started splashing her tail and going loco in her bowl. VP was starting to get soaked, and that blasted bowl never ran out of water, even if it was spilled. "Mommy! Mommy! HE'S HERE!!!! HE'S HERE!" She exclaimed, almost flipping out of her bowl. VP steadied her.
"I hear that." Said VP, her face having been splashed with the water. "And you need to calm down, Tamy."
"But! Look! There they are." She squeeled, then screamed, making Vp jump. "DEMYX!!! DEMYX!!! DEMYX!!! HIIIII, Demyx!!!"
(VP: -facepalm-)

Demyx heard the sound of Tale. "TAMY!!!!" He started squirming, forgetting what Roselite told him.
"Demyx! Calm down! STOP WIGGLING!" Roselite struggled to keep her hold on the demon. She hurried down to where VP and Tale were waiting. "Sorry to keep you wa..."
"TAMY!!!!!" Demyx interupted her.

By this time, VP had already silenced Tale by covering her mouth and lifted her from her bowl.
"Thats quite alright. With that Demyx you have there, I'm not surpris-- OWW. Tamy! I told you no biting!" VP scolded and put Tale'Moana back into her bowl.
"Hurry! Set him down so they can get introductions over with!" VP said, ignoring Tamy's loud talking of constant 'Demyx! Demyx! Hi! Hellos!', as they were now to much.

Roselite sat the demon child down, next to Tale's bowl. "There..." she sighed.
Demyx walked over to the edge of the bowl. "Hi. I'm Demyx, but you already knew that!" He winked and giggled, his hands running through the water in the bowl."

VP snorted at Demyx's words and covered her mouth so not to laugh.
Tale'Moana didn't notice.
"I know!" Said Tamy. She, of course, did not understand the concept of 'flirting'. But, with girls, Flirting was a natural insticnt and she flirted right back. She idly swayed her green tail and giggled. "And you know I'm Tamy, too! What is your favorite color? Do you like candy? I like candy! Do you like to swim? I love to swim!" All this time she batted her eyes and giggled.
((VP: OMG. She is taking after me! gonk ))

Roselite bit her lower lip to keep from laughing. These poor children...
"I like the color of water, especially ocean water. I like salt water taffy a lot...well I like anything relating to water! I can do a trick with water! Wanna see?"
Roselite shook her head. "Not right now Demyx..."
"If Tamy wants to see it, I'll do it."

"You have a power?!" Tamy = (-jawdrop-). She sat up so fast in her bowl that she splashed. But of course, it didn't land on Demyx. Nope. It travled two feet and got VP's leg wet. (VP = stare )
"I wanna see! I wanna see!" She said, still splashing. Thankfully, the splashs wern't to big.

Demyx smiled and pulled out the sitar from his coat. He adjusted the strings and played a soothing melody. Some of the water from inside Tamy's bowl lifted slightly into the air, as if drawn by magnets. They formed tiny people and as he changed the music into something more upbeat, the tiny water-people started to dance around Tamy. Demyx smiled and giggled, whispering, "Dance, water, dance."

Tamy's golden eyes went wide and she smiled and was still with delight. She watched as they little people danced around her bowl and was amazed. Reaching out, she wanted to touch one, but decided against it.
Vp was equaly amazed:
"Oooooh.... Shiny." She said before realising that she was sounding like an idiot. "How about you two go swimming now?" She added so the shiny water people would stop distracting her.

"Good idea." She was always amazed at Demyx's power, but she is always worried that something will happen.
Demyx stopped playing and the water-people melted back into the water. "Yay swimming!"

Tamy squeeled and slipped over the edge of her bowl onto the wave soaked sand. Rolling, she met the water and started to swim out untill she was comfortably 2 feet from shore. She bobbed up and smiled at Demyx.
"Come on Demyx! Lets play!" Tamy called out.
VP opened a canvas bag and pulled out a miniture beach ball and some toys and set them near the waves so that they could play.
"Don't swim out too far."

"Coming!" He shed off his coat to reveal a pair of black swim trunks. He dived into the water and came up, his wings helping his swim. "I'll get the ball!" He grabbed it and gently tossed it to Tamy.

The sea was deffinatly Tale'Moana's friend, and she was easy in the water because of her tail. She dove a bit underwater and hit the ball back to her new friend with heir tail. Surfacing again she laughed and splashed around untill the ball came back to her.
"Well. Now that they are aqupied. Wanna sit and catch some rays?" Vp asked Roselite. "Its such a nice day today."
