All rights to the info below belong to Aria Mournesong, it cannot be reproduced or reused without her permission ^_^.
Listed below will be all(or as many as we can find) the techniques shown from Naruto(the manga and anime versions). We have divided them up into categories: Basic, D-Class, C-Class, B-Class,A-Class,S-Class, and Not Allowed.
The Basic are the extremely common Jutsu of Naruto that almost every ninja knows.
The D through S-Class Techniques are all broken into Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu sub-categories within each post.
The Now Allowed Techniques are the Techniques that under no circumstance will I let anyone use.
Special Thanks: To SkineWhysper and Vira for taking the time to copy thes techniques over from the old Guide!

Techniques Not Allowed In RFSThe reason the Techniques below are not allowed: is because the Technique was made up by the character of the show and wouldn't be useable otherwise, or the Technique is just far too powerful for anyone to have. If the Technique is far too powerful(Example: the Rasengen). , it won't be allowed under any circumstance, but if it's a custom made attack(Example: the Lion Combo) you can change the name of the attack, add a little variation and it will be acceptable.

Bunshin Kaiten Kakatou Otoshi (Clone Spinning Heel Drop) Name:Bunshin Kaiten Kakatou Otoshi, literally Clone Spinning Heel Drop Type:B rank, Short range (0-5m) Users:Uzumaki Naruto (anime only) Bunshin Kaiten Kakatou Otoshi is a taijutsu technique used by Uzumaki Naruto. Naruto first uses Kage Bunshin (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger) to create several clones. These clones and Naruto launch themselves into the air and begin to somersault. They then come spinning down, slamming their heels onto the target's shoulders and head. Bunshin Kaiten Kakatou Otoshi is a jutsu used only in the Naruto anime, therefore it's generally not seen as canon.

Best used in combination with some kind of charging attack, this can sometimes be used to catch the opponent off-guard.
Douka Sanseki Sensha (Assimilated Rock Tank) Name: Douka Sanseki Sensha, literally "Assimilated Rock Tank" Type: Unknown, possibly: Offensive, Short to mid range (0-10m) Users: Nagare (anime character only) After performing the Hiru Banshō: Bōka no Jutsu (Leech All Creation: Attack Prevention Technique) to fuse with an object, the user can then charge at the target in a way similar to the Akimichi clan's Nikudan Sensha.
Gama Dosuzan (Toad Sword Beheading) Name: Gama Dosuzan, 蝦蟇ドス斬, literally "Toad Sword Beheading" Type: No rank, Offensive, Mid- to long range (5+m) Users: Gamabunta Gamabunta uses his huge dosu (Yakuza sword) to attack his opponent
Hayabusa Otoshi (Peregrine Falcon Drop) Name: Hayabusa Otoshi, ハヤブサ落とし, literally "Peregrine Falcon Drop" Type: Unknown, probably: C-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m) Users: Uchiha Sasuke (anime only) While using the Sharingan, Sasuke grabs a falling opponent by their ankles, wraps his legs around their waist, and drives them head first into the ground, not unlike the Omote Renge. Sasuke has used this technique twice before in the anime without a name; its name was established by the Naruto collectible card game and fighting games for Gamecube and Playstation 2.
Name: Hien, 飛燕, literally "Flying Swallow" Type: B-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m) Users: Sarutobi Asuma Using his Chakra to extend the blades of his trench knives, Asuma charges almost directly at his opponent. Though appearing to miss, it is usually a near-fatal blow across the chest. In the Naruto fighting games based off of the anime, Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 3 and Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4, Yamanaka Ino's special attacks involve calling out to Asuma after transferring her spirit to the target, who proceeds to use Hien against them after Ino transfers back. Her down-X special (Gamecube) involves a second attack from her following Hien.
Karamatsu no Mai (Dance of the Larch) Name: Karamatsu no Mai, 唐松の舞, literally "Dance of the Larch" (a.k.a. Name: Shishi Rendan, literally "Lion Combo" Official website "Barrage of Lions" Type: C-rank, Offensive, Close range (0-5m) Users: Uchiha Sasuke The result of Uchiha Sasuke copying Rock Lee's similar combo. While not able to completely emulate Rock Lee's agility and power, the Sharingan allowed him to gain the ability to push himself to achieve a similar effect, and the result was a copied Kage Buyo followed by a back of the hand strike to the face, a powerful punch to the stomach, finishing off with a spin-around kick that lands the left heel on the center of the opponent. It clearly isn't as powerful or devastating as Lee's Lotus techniques, but also isn't nearly as dangerous to perform, and is quite effective against most targets. You can find this and many others in "Naruto: Clash of Ninja."
