We have divided them up into categories: D-Class, C-Class, B-Class,A-Class,S-Class, and Not Allowed. The D through S-Class Techniques are all broken into Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu sub-categories within each post. The Now Allowed Techniques are the Techniques that under no circumstance will I let anyone use. D-Class Techniques
D-Class Techniques are considered, "low skilled" techniques generally learned while the shinobi is a Genin.
Cost: 5 Chakra, 5 Stamina per use
These are listed in alphabetical order by their Japanese names.
Technique Types
Offensive - The amount of damage caused by the attack is determined by the total amount of chakra used.
Defensive - The amount of damage absorbed by the Technique is determined by the total amount of chakra used.
Supplementary - The duration(in posts) of these Techniques is determined by your Nin/Gen/Taijutsu stat if you're using a Technique to hold/posion/etc someone. In the case of Bushin techniques your Nin/Gen(depending on the Technique type) stat determines how many clones you are able to create at a maximum(take that number and multiply it by 10 for the Tajuu Bushins). In the case of using Gate-based attacks, this determines how many posts the Technique will remain active before shutting off.
Healing - Maximum amount of health replenished by the Technique is determined by the total amount of chakra used in the Technique. You may only heal up to your Nin/Tai/Gen stat in health per post.
Medical - Mostly for RP purposes, these Techniques don't "heal" but usually help out an injured person in some way. Medical Kits are needed to perform these.
Summon - This indicates that the Technique used summons a single animal or a group of animals to the ninja.
Special - These Techniques do exactly what the description of the Technique says they do. (aka they don't fall into just one of the categories above but there's not enough of those kind of techniques to justify a new type)

Ninjutsu
Japanese name: Baika no Jutsu
English name: Multi Size Technique
Type: Special
This is a secret jutsu passed down in the Akimichi clan. The jutsu increases the user's body size, using up the user's food energy by converting calories into chakra. Akimichi clan members tend to eat fattening foods and have large physiques in order to support this technique.
Japanese name: Jouro Senban
English name: Raining Needles
Type: Offensive
A barrage of needles that are sent flying at the opponent from a hidden place inside an umbrella. The needles are then controlled using Chakra and directed at the enemy
Japanese name: Juujin bunshin
English name: Beast human clone
Type: Supplementary
Basically the animal turns into an exact replica of the human and it also works vice-versa
Japanese name: Kagemane no Jutzu
English name: Shadow Copy Technique
Type: Supplementary
The Kage Mane gives the user the ability to control the enemy's movement by connecting his own shadow to the target's shadow. The opponent is then forced to move exactly like the user. To get the opponent in his shadow, the user is able to change his shadows shape and extend it. This technique was originally meant to delay the enemy.
Japanese name: Kakuremi no Jutsu
English name: Hidden Camouflage Technique
Type: Supplementary, E-Class
This is a basic skill that can be learned in the Ninja Academy. Rather than using conventional methods to hide yourself the ninja quickly uses Chakra to blend in with their surroundings. This camoflage only works as long as the ninja stands perfectly still but it does not mean that they still can not be detected by a keen-sighted shinobi.

English name: Flame
Type: Supplementary
Allows user to shoot a small ball of flame from his mouth. Mostly harmless but can be used as a light source.
Japanese name: Kawarimi no Jutsu
English name: Body Replacement Technique
Type: Supplementary
This is a technique that usually confuses the attacker. The user quickly projects themselves with another nearby object such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack.
In the anime, a straw man bundle, a boulder, mud, and even a scarecrow has been used as a Body Substitute Jutsu, though this may not be considered canon by few fans.
Japanese name: Kikaichuu no Jutsu
English name: Destruction Bug Host Technique
Type: Special, E-Class
This is the Technique that is employed by all Aburame. With this Jutsu they have inacted a pact with the Destruction bugs in their body so that in exchange for their Chakra the bugs obey their commands.
Once you have taken this Technique -all- of your other techniques must involve your Destruction Bugs in some way as they have control of your Chakra.
Japanese name: Kuchiyose no Jutsu
English name: Summoning Technique
Type: Summon
Description: Using a contract, seal, and the users blood, allows the user to summon an animal. The type of the animal is determined by the contract used, and the blood is the 'signature'(Which can be on a scroll, tattoo, etc).
Japanese name: Kugutsu no Jutsu
English name: Puppet Skill
Type: Special
Description: Uses a doll as a weapon for combat. The doll is controlled by thin, almost invisible strings that chakra flows down. The chakra brings the doll 'to life', and can be used to switch places with the user, attack, or hide itself as another person.
Japanese name: Mushiyose no Jutsu
English name: Bug Summoning Technique
Type: Summon
The Aburame places their hand on the ground chakra flowing out from the end of their fingers in a web pattern. Any bugs that are touched by the outflowing web(usually it spreads out 5-feet from their body) are immediately attracted towards the Aburame.
Japanese name: Nawameke no Jutsu
English name: Rope Loosening Technique
Type: Special, E-Class
Basic technique that allows you to escape from any type of rope/wire binding. As long as you can use your hands to preform the Seal sequence.
Poison Removal Technique (Ninjutsu)
Jutsu Ranking- D Class
Jutsu Element & Type- None, Medicine
The user cuts the flesh of a poisoned person and uses the wound to draw the poison out from it. At higher levels (4-5), the cut isnt necessary- the Medical Nin can draw the poison directly out of the pores. You cannot use this on yourself.
Requirements: Medical Ninja
Japanese name: Shunshin no Jutsu
English name: Body Flicker Technique
Type: Special, E-Class
Users: Hatake Kakashi, Gaara, etc.
A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it.
Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination.
Among the many users and villages, various variations of Shunshin no Jutsu exist. Gaara, for instance, uses the so-called "Suna-Shunshin" ("Sand Body Flicker"), which uses sand to cover the user's movement. Other varieties include "Kiri-Shunshin" ("Mist Body Flicker"), "Mizu-Shunshin" ("Water Body Flicker"), and "Konoha-Shunshin" ("Tree Leaf Body Flicker").
This Technique does not allow you to "Blur" (al la DBZ) around a battle field, it's used to for the flashy intro/exiting that Kakashi/Gaara used. See the C-Class Technique Databook for the Combat version.
Japanese name: Suiton: Goshokuzame
English name: Water Type; Five-Finger Shark Ring
Type: Offensive
The Shinobi sticks their fingers into a water source and uses the chakra to form five sharks that swim towards their victim. This is a fairly impressive basic water Jutsu that is used by advanced ninja because of its affectiveness against opponents that have fallen under the water. It can only be used on a large enough water source.
Yagami Secret Technique - Soul Bind [D-Class, Supplementary, Ninjutsu]
With this technique the Yagami temporarily binds a scroll to the threads of fate of the person who's name is written on the scroll. If the scroll is destroyed then the binding contract is broken.

Taijutsu
Japanese name: Dainamikku-Entorī
English name: Dynamic Entry
Type: Offensive
Users: Maito Gai, Rock Lee (anime only)
Simply a flying jump kick straight at the enemy. Usually used as an opening or surprise attack. When Gai first used this after the first encounter with Uchiha Itachi, he accidentally mistook Jiraiya as the enemy (since he was looking at Jiraiya's reflection through his konoha symbol it was a little blurry), and used the "Dynamic Entry", and promptly gave Jiraiya a bloody nose
Japanese name: Gōken
English name: Iron Fist
Type: Special
Users: Rock Lee, Maito Gai, etc.
Gōken is Gai's and Lee's characteristic fighting style, requiring great strength and speed, as well as mastering the opening of the eight chakra gates in the body to tap massive amounts of chakra at the cost of increasingly severe physical damage, and even death, to oneself.
Gōken is the most basic form of Taijutsu. It aims at inflicting external damage and breaking bones.
With this Technique you can transfer up to 5 chakra into each hand-to-hand attack for extra damage.
Japanese ame: Jūken
English name: Gentle Fist
Type: Special
Users: Hyūga Neji, Hyūga Hinata, Hyūga Hiashi, Hyūga Hanabi, etc.
The inner coil system that transfers chakra around the body is very close and is essentially a part of all of the human body, including crucial organs. Members of the Hyūga clan train in a special fighting style that requires the Byakugan and excellent chakra control; through the Byakugan they are able to see the opponent's inner coil system which they forcefully channel their own chakra into, causing severe damage to organs nearby. The technique earned its name because even a seemingly gentle, unimpressive hit can prove lethal.
With this Technique you automatically do an extra point of "Chakra" damage with each hand-to-hand attack. You can transfer up to 4 additional chakra into each hand-to-hand attack for extra damage
Japanese name: Konoha Reppū
English name: Leaf Gale
Type: Offensive
Users: Rock Lee
Using his quickness and agility, Lee performs a spinning kick to sweep his opponent off their feet.
Japanese name: Konoha Senpū
English name: Leaf Whirlwind
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
This Jutsu is mainly a set-up one, and consists of kicking the opponent high into the air, thus leaving them vulnerable to a subsequent more powerful attack (usually Kage Buyō, Shadow of the Dancing Leaf). While in the air the opponent is at half Attack/Defense for the duration.

Japanese name: Konohagakure Hiden: Taijutsu no Ōgi: Sennen Goroshi
English name: Hidden Leaf Secret: Taijutsu Supreme Technique: A Thousand Years of Death
Type: Offensive
A very simple Taijutsu technique with a very over-dramatised name. Forcefully plunges the user's fingers into the vicinity of the victim's rectal regions. Sakura dubbed it the "Super Powerful a**-Poke". However, Naruto figured out the true meaning of the jutsu: it was mainly used with a pointed object (usually a kunai), in order to attack the blindspot of the enemy. When combined with explosive seals, it can even damage Gaara in his semi transformed mode. Or even kill if the weapon is driven into the vital organs. As well as cause severe constapation.
Acupuncture
Jutsu Ranking- D Class
Jutsu Element & Type: None, Status Affect
You accuratly puncture points in the person's body to relieve stress and pain. It doesnt heal, but if done correctly, the person will not feel like they're dying.
Requirements: Medical Ninja, Senbon User
Acupressure (Taijutsu)
Jutsu Ranking- D Class
Jutsu Element & Type: None, Status Affect
Releases pain and stress from a person, can also be used to restrain someone.
Requirements: Medical Ninja
Bonesetting(Taijutsu)
Jutsu Ranking- D Class
Jutsu Element & Type: None, Medicine
Using pure force, you jam a bone back into its socket, sling a broken arm, or splinting a broken finger. This jutsu CANNOT be used to stop bleeding, only to repair a broken bone (or field dress it so it can be properly fixed in a Hidden Village).

Genjutsu
Japanese name: Bunshin no Jutsu
English name: Clone Technique
Type: D-rank, Supplementary
Users: All Ninja Academy Graduates
This is a basic technique taught to ninja at an academy. In certain years, Ninja are required to know this jutsu in order to advance to the Genin level. Bunshin no Jutsu creates one or more clones of the user, which can be used as a means to create a diversion, distraction, or cause confusion. Unlike Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Art of the Shadow Doppelganger), these illusory clones will simply disappear if come into contact, thus, they are substanceless, and cannot do anything to damage the opponent.
Name: Henge no Jutsu
English name: Transformation Technique
Type: E-rank, Supplementary
Users: All Ninja Academy Graduates
The user utilizes the sheep hand seal or the tiger hand seal and concentrates their chakra to assume the appearance of another person, an animal, or even any object. This is one of the required basic jutsu taught at the Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know(or know of) this technique.
Japanese name: Kikai Bunshin no Jutsu
English name: Bug Clone Skill
Type: Supplementary
The kikai(destruction bugs) turn into a complete and exact replica of the Aburame user. (Works the same as Bushin no Justu)
Japanese Name: Magen: Narakumi no Jutsu
English name: Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing Technique
Type: Supplementary
Users: Hatake Kakashi
Narakumi no Jutsu is a Genjutsu that causes its target to see a horrifying vision. The user will use the rat hand seal that causes an imaginary circle of leaves to spin and envelop the target and then fall away. Once cast, the world will appear normal to the target until they have already seen the illusion.
Soothing Calm (Genjutsu)
Jutsu Ranking- D Class
Jutsu Element & Type- None, Status Affect
This jutsu creates an image of calmness in the target's mind, almost like a drug. It makes them easier to work on in the field or calm a friend who is stressing about their situation. Usually, a second Ninja concentrates on using this jutsu while the first will tend to the patient.
