Anila walked up the path along the mountain as she brushed at her pants. It was fairly early as the sun was still just rising. She wanted to get a start on finishing up the cave. It was after all nearly completed. All that was left was really the front of the cave.
Humming along to the ipod she pulled at her light pink halter top. It was really one of the only things left that she hadn't packed. Everything else was packed.
Pausing for a moment she closed her eyes as she felt the breeze brush against her skin. She giggles hearing the chirping from the bird that were out getting food for family. Looking up toward the cave she smiles then nods "Soon I'll be able to just listen to this everyday.." with a love over the area below her she turns then continues up the montain path.

Daeron was actually outside of the cave, rare for him actually, considering he'd been spending so much time in it, helping to make sure it was suitable for his princess, wanting things to be perfect. But not this day, this day he was up high on the mountain summit, looking for something special. He knew it was up here, just was extremely hard to find. He was feeling a bit panicky, hoping he'd not miss Anila's return while being away.

Anila reaches the cave but instead of going inside she stood outside looking over the ledge down to the valley below. The sun was still slowly creeping up the sky. She always loved the early morning as it was so peaceful and calm.
Lifting her arms for a moment above her head she arches her back then takes a seat on the ledge. She figured that Daeron hadn't gotten here yet so she would just wait for him.

It took quite a bit more skill to locate the precious treasure Daeron was seeking this morning. But luck was on his side, as well as he "expert" searching skills, as he liked to consider them. His right was now covered in tiny scrathes, nothing that broke skin, but just enough to scratch lightly. It looked like he'd been playing with a kitten.
Giddy with his excitement over finding what he'd sought out, he headed back to the cave to either wait for Anila, or perhaps, greet her with a surprise.
As he flew down the mountain, he spotted a familar spec of colors that sent his heart racing. His beautiful Anila was already here! He slowed himself up quick a bit, fluttering gently towards the ledge, holding his hands behind his back to conceal his treasure for now.

Anila hadn't heard him because of the music from her ipod. Humming alittle she bobs her head from side to side as she kicked her feet alittle. Leaning back on her elbow she felt her arms brush against something. Arching a brow she looks up and giggles a small smile forming across her lips "Hey Daeron, how long have you been standing behind me?" pulling her earphones out of her ears she turns her ipod off as she stood.
Brushing her skirt off she looked at him then places her hands behind her back "I've missed you. Sorry I couldn't get up here sooner, its been busy and well interesting..."

Daeron's arms moved a little, as if struggling with something behind his back, but he not once brought them forward. He pretended that standing like this was completely normal for him. "Oh, not long, I just got here. I'm glad to see you! I've missed you as well." He grinned and watched her, noticing the weird thing she had wired into her head briefly. He shook his head, making a mental note to ask about that later. "Interesting, huh? What's been going on?" He was curious, after all.

Anila laughs then shaking her head she smiles "While packing me and my sister got into a huge wrestling match. She beat me though, got to meet my cousin Cala. She pretty awesome, she all shiney like a gem. Oh and got to hang out with my brother Comos's girlfriend Nixie." yes she was leaving out a few things, but she wasn't sure if she should talk about them right now.
Stepping toward him she the back of her fingers against his cheek then giggles "Can I have a hug? I miss getting hugs from you." she pouts but it didn't seem to work as she started smiling almost instantly.

"Meeting family and new pae is always a good thing." He nodded, glad she seemed to have a good time from the sound of things. At her mention of a hug, he pouted just as playfully as she did, wanting to hug her probably just as bad.
"Uhm... maybe after I show you a surprise I got for you?" He playfully teased, his shoulders rolling a little as he obviously struggled to hold whatever was behing his back, still.

Anila arched a brow alittle tilting her head to the side "Got me something?" she watched his shoulder then looked at him trying to sneak a peek behind his back "What that behind your back? Is that my surprise?" her wings fluttered alittle as she grew more curious as a kitten so to say.

There was slight little 'mewing' noises now coming from behind Daeron, and he turned a little, to not let Anila peek just yet. However, a quick yelp, and she wouldn't have to wait any longer to see what he was holding back there.
The tiny little snow-white kitten had clawed at his wing, demanding attention this instant!
Daeron blushed a little bit and held the sparkly-eyed kitty up towards Anila. "I rescued her yesterday... And her eyes reminded me of you and ..." he took a deep breath. "I thought you two might could become friends?" he was blushing profusely, his cheeks nearly burning up. He hoped she liked cats and wouldn't mind this kind of gift.

Anila looked down at the snow white kitten covering her mouth to stop the squeel. She knew she would cause a huge wind storm if she did squeel. Looking at Daeron as she took the kitten she held the little one close petting her. Giggling she looked at Daeron then leaning up she kissed his cheek before holding the kitten close "Aww she so cute and perfect, thank you Daeron. I love her..."
Wrapping her one arm around Daeron she hugs him close trying to figure out how she ended up with the sweetest guy on the isle. Looking up at Daeron she smiles "Your going to spoil me aren't you? And here I don't have anything for you..."
The small kitten mews a few times as she curled up close to Anila purring alittle. She seem to take to Anila almost instantly.

Daeron grinned, so happy and relieved that the kitten and Anila seemed to take to each other so well. When she put her arm around him, he took the chance to finally give her a hug. "I'm glad you love her!" He whispered, not loosening the embrace. "And no need to get me anything, I have everything I could ever possibly want, right here." He gave a wink and kissed her cheek, then reached out to pet the kitten's head a little. "She's a good little hider, this one." he chuckled. "I was tracking her on the mountain for a while."

Anila looks down as the kitten giggling as she batted at Anila's hair. Looking back up she nods "She perfect, I think I'm going to call her Linwe, it means Snow in elven." placing the kitten down she turns wrapping both arms around his waist then nods "That better now I can be in your arms properly.."
Linwe mews a few times rubbing against Anila's legs before she lays down across her boots. She seem to like being close to Anila even if it was just sitting on her feet.
Anila looked down at her feet laughing then looks back up "I think I just became her mommy. Not that I don't mind, but not its going to be hard to lean up and give you a kiss like I planned." with a shrug she tries to act innocent.

"Very pretty name, very fitting for her." Daeron smiled, not taking his eyes Anila now. He'd missed her terribly and was quite happy to have her back in his arms again.
"Well, we'll just have to compensate, now won't we." He chuckled a little bit and leaned down to her, nuzzling her a little bit before giving her a very nice 'Hello Darling, I sure missed you' kiss.

Anila was about to respond when his lips desended onto hers. Closing her eyes she seem to instantly melt agianst him. Her wings fluttered rather quickly as her arms moved to wrap around his neck. She was trying to pull herself closer without distrubing Linwe who was now fast asleep on her feet.
