what you do.
you pick a movie/book/series/idea and you cross it over with doctor who. you can choose what ever character or object from doctor who and cross it with anything you want. all you have to do is state what you have used and what you are crossing it over with. you also have to say if it is a movie, book, series or idea.

Doctor Who crossover Harry Potter
Doctor Harry, who has a stupidly long scarf and wears glasses(the Doctor and Harry Potter)
Rose Granger, the know-it-all who wears way too much mascara (Rose Tyler and Hermione Granger)
Micky Weasley, is black and has red hair (Micky and Ron Weasley)
Jack Malfoy, sexy and mysterious (Captin Jack and Draco Malfoy)
Voldimaster (the Master and Voldemort)
Dalmentors, the bad guys (daleks and dementors)
Cyber-eaters (cybermen and death eaters)
TARDIstick (tardis and broomstick)
sonic wand (sonic skrewdriver and a wand)
K-wig, Doctor Harry's pet(k9 and hedwig)
Extermikiss, very deadly (exterminate and dementors kiss)

Doctor Who crossed with Stargate, the Time Lords could be decended from the Aincents and regeneration could be a form of assention.

We used to do this sort of thing all the time, but I'm not sure how to cross Doctor Who characters into another universe the way you've described. We just used to write stories where (for instance) the Doctor would land in Middle Earth, on the Enterprise, on Tatooine, and that sort of thing. I was always fond of a story I wrote that had Doctor #2 and Jamie land on Tatooine, thinking they were finally at Brighton Beach, and they kept walking and walking and walking.... They had to deal with Jawas trying to pick up the TARDIS, and Bugs Bunny popped through the sand at the end, muttering about having taken a wrong turn at Albuquerque.

Ooh! A Doctor Who Ten cross with Firefly.
The Serenity crew ends up in a trade gone bad, and happen to meet up with the Doctor, Rose, and Mickey. The 'gorram' moments that follow shall have people laughing generations afterwards... Especially Jayne's reaction to the 'How's it bigger on the inside?' And then, of course, good ol' River, somehow knowing that the Doctor is a Time Lord. And who knows what mayham would ensue next...? Especially since all the cursing in Chinese would be translated. 3nodding

i would like tp point out at this moment in time, that the Harry Potter crossover was made up by Baj and me then we were suppost to be doing work in english. they are now writen all over my writing book. if you want more, all you have to do is come and talk to me. if your not from australia then thats going to be a bit of a problem! (please note: i am a little high at the moment so everything i say is spur of the moment)

Cue the deathglares! Mickey walks out.
