What's your thought on this actress? Me, personally..I love her!! I saw her face once and I got obsessed. She's so pretty! Sorry am I sounding les?? Well, truthfully I didn't even watch this movie.. Hehe but it sounds really interesting. In the end does she end up with the guy??

She is a fabulous actress, I didn't see her in her toehr movies but in Memoirs she was PERFECT for the part.

I am afraid I have not yet seen the movie, even though I bought a copy of the DVD. There are two reasons, I suppose. I was a little bit bothered by film clips I saw where Sayuri's hair was nothing like a geisha's, and that disturbed me greatly. I was also bothered since the story was said to be "highly inaccurate" by geisha themselves.

Well, I'm waiting until I see it before i say anything more. Have you ever read the book written by the lady whose story Sayuri's life is supposed to be based on? It has similarities, but also some very interesting differences.
