I cant afford a house...would it be a good idea to sell my car and buy a motorhome...then traverse the British isles visiting friends and sleeping on their driveways? (In Miss Jelly's case it would be the car park behind the pub, unless she invited me in to stay in her flat...unlikely, but you never know yer luck)

i would live on my parents driveway..i would be fully independent..i would have electricity, running water, toilet, shower...COOKER...wireless internet connection...and best of all...i would finally be able to say to Miss Jelly that i have moved out...albeit just into the garden but nonetheless moved out! yayyy biggrin

Motorhomes are an expensive pain! mad
My parents have had a motorhome for years. Seems like they are always telling me about going on a trip & having something happen--tires, refrigerator, exhaust pipe...last time I visited Dad wanted to go camping for a couple days in Chattanooga, TN. The stupid motorhome broke down on the state line!! gonk And this last winter they were in Florida with it & something major went wrong...they had to get it taken to a local garage that would work on RVs, and they ripped my parents so hard up the back it made my Mom cry just thinking about it! scream And they didin't even do the job RIGHT!! evil
Ok, that's the end of my rant. But just watch out for motorhomes! xp
