Hi!
Since we're all here on an anime type site, in a guild with kids- it only makes sense to think that there are parents here with kids who go to cons.
And there's nothing cuter than an adorable little chibi in costume, bouncing around as Naruto-Baby or Shippo.
Anyone here cosplay with their kids? Anyone want to? Anyone have advice or ideas for pregnant mommies, moms or dads with kids at any stage, or family cosplays?

I guess we don't really do technical cosplay since I've gotten away from anime as a main interest, but I do like to dress up in costume as a family. We're big Star Wars geeks--er fans.
We recently did a jedi youngling/Padme together when we went to a toy show.

This is my sister with my daughter. They are costplaying a character from Final Fantasy . My sister goes to this huge anime convention every year, I am not really into it but, she made a costume for Sascha to be her chibi, it was so cute I couldn't resist going along. xd

That is SO cute Sarah! I'm Padme from Episode II and this is Logan being a youngling. He's also done a mini Vader and really wants to do a Luke.

Thanks! Luna your costumes are awsome! Logtan is super cute and You look fabulous as Padme, Natalie Portman eat your heart out. I best not let my hubby see this picture though, he might get ideas, (he's a huge Star Wars nut too) and that is not a look I could pull off. I'd have to put on so stilts and go for Chewbacca! rofl

Having returned from Metrocon, I can only say that my child is going to be dolled up so fast that it won't have time to realize that kimonos and orange jumpsuits aren't normal wear for kids. XD I saw the cutest baby Naruto, a lovely little Shippo, and the absolute most adorable Yuna I have ever seen. Squee.
