It's more of a courtesy for other members in the thread. You don't need to power play. You don't need to hog all the spotlight. You don't need to take over someone else's characters. You most definitely shouldn't ignore the input of other people in the same thread.

It's not just annoying, it's rude. If you do that in an rp thread, especially in a plot-heavy situation, you might've just killed the thread. Thanks /s

Gaia's Rules and Guidelines, the ToS, and the guild's rules still apply. It's just that some of us like things done differently, whether it be fight mechanics, posting order or world-building logic.
