Overly nice?]  [Referance picture of what I think Desmond should sorta look like. Made using Face Maker] Forgotten's Personality: He speaks as seems as though he's really weak and would colapse at any minute, but that's just out of habit. Desmond doesn't have much trouble with weakness these days. He's very poetic and colour sensitive. [Blue makes him sad, Red will most likely make him raise his voice without knowing it, etc.]

Daemon's Appearance (Physical): Orion is a flying squirrel [will describe specifics to her appearance soon].
Daemon's Appearance (Traits): At first, Orion comes off as a very fiesty little squirrel. Alot more fun, and alot more adventerouse than Desmond. Bold, brave and full of little antics, Orion is very cute and friendly on first sight.
However, Orion has a very sinister side to her. She is sometimes quick to anger, and that anger is easily channeled to Desmond, who can do alot more damage than his female counterpart, so it's always wise to keep on her good side...if ya know what's best for you.
Daemon's Personality: Orion is almost the embodiment of Desmond's "fun side". While Desmond is one to ponder, stare into space, or fly about the skies; Orion is one to be the life of the party and try to have as much fun as she possibly can. This will get her into alot of trouble of course, which will directly impact Desmond.
Orion is a bit of a tomboy, and will always rise to a challenge of any sort...and try to bring Desmond into it too. She likes taking care of him and listening to his thoughtful insight...but is usually just trying to liven him up. Underneath her funloving side, is a caring and motherly side that if it's hit by an external force, will fuel both her and Desmond's anger.

Excerpt: Colours erupted before his inner eye, fluid globules of vivid green and blue and red. He was flying, beating his wings through space and time, so huge he filled the entire universe. Galaxies flashed past him, peppering his wings with sparkling dust. He was wheeling around, somersaulting in the oid, delirious with ecstasy. He felt a surge within his body, a small feeling which sensed that many millennia were rushing past him. He was pulled through centuries of time. And then the constellation of Orion was before him and he was zooming in upon it, sucked forwards, unable to break his flight. He cried out, tried to shut his inner eye, and all was aflame; scarlet, blue, gold. He knew he should be terrified, but the only feeling he experience was that of power , and a recognition of rage.

How does the excerpt affect the pair?: Desmond is a very color sensitive Forgotten, but because of the bond made with Orion, he is now What does it reveal about.... their past?: [Was this an event that happened in their "story", perhaps? etc.]
.. how they are now that they are "reborn" as a Forgotten? This excerpt only shows the beginning. The rest is up to them
.. their future?: It's not revealed in the excerpt much...but Desmond and Orion aren't each other's respectfull Forgottens and Deamons. There was a sort of soul transfusion that went on that unexpectidly put the angry dust cloud with the unfortunate forgotten. This forced transfusion made Desmond alot less frail and gave Orion a host of sorts. The exchange then gave Orion a twisted version of Desmond's love for beauty, and to Desmond, the curse of anger.

Other important concept details: Orion contains, within herself the rest of the Universe. Before it can come into existance though, it has to know the secret of itself, and then be transported to the edge of the universe, so that it may keep growing.
