xp My mom just cracked out a pack of Tarot cards she bought a long time ago. I don't beleive in that stuff but now I dunno.. Her first few questions made sense... And I asked 'it' about me telling people I'm bi and it made no sense. But then I asked it about a guy on Gaia that is kind've hitting on me and I like..And it made so much sense...

Tarot cards are tricky. Yes, they are prone to interpretation, but they also vibrate differently to different people. In other words, certain cards come up when certain people or situations are present, no matter what their original meeting.
For example, when I'm giving a reading to a friend and the "Strength" card (a woman holding a lion's head in her hand) comes up, it always means I'm going to be present in the situation currently being discussed. Thus a good tarot reader has a deck he or she "knows" well, with all of the quirks and meaning fluxes that come with them.
Based on the mixed nature of your reading, your mom isn't insane, she just needs to "get to know" her cards a little better. biggrin
And give her a Happy Mother's Day from the resident X-Files nut. whee

It has a book that says what they all mean in it But it was weird because I got the same card for "what surrounds me" twice..

I have tarot cards. I did three different readings for one of my friend and the death card came up every time.....
She almost killed me xp . She doesn't gwt the concept that the card can mean bad luck... not always death...
