Kobayakawa Sena has always been a gopher for people. He's shy, easily intimidated. Because of this, he has been known to do many things for people, which often include running. But little does he know, all the running he's done has made him the fastest kid in the school! A demonic-looking boy named Hiruma blackmails Sena into joining the football team with Kiruta, a large, fat, chestnut-shaped-head boy. Once Hiruma motivates Sena to run his fastest (he sends his dog Cerberus after him) he finds that Sena's broken the high school record for running. And so Hiruma keeps Sena a secret by giving him a tinted eyeshield for his football helmet, making him "Eyeshield 21".
I've only been able to read the first three volumes, and so far I enjoy it fully.
