Lance awoke, the room dark and silent. No one was there. What a problem. Where was Nanya? She was supposed to be there. He sighed and got dressed after taking a shower. He looked at a classic watch. He'd have to talk to her through minds, even if she hated it.
"Where are you?" He asked after leaning against a wall and closing his eyes, reaching out to Nanya. She was like a servent. For serving him, she gained immortality without losing her 'soul'.

*Summons himself to the Underworld and starts to walk through the dark passages looking for demons to destroy. He was having a bad day and decided to take it out on some more demons. As he was searching, he thought about how he was going to kill the demon or what kind it was. He decided he would wait until he found a spawn of evil*

Nanya shimmered into Lance's underworld home. He was speaking in quick harsh french while rapidly walking around with just his leather pants and boots. Most of the time, she could understand what he said, but not at this moment.
"Have you drank tonight?" The girl quietly asked.
Lance looked up with anger. "You were not here, so no I have not!"
"Hey, hey, it isn't-"
Lance grabbed Nanya, gripping her shoulders so hard that she knew she'd bruise. "Do not speak back to me." He released her so suddenly that she fell back, then he quickly penned her body to the ground.
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" she said on the verge of tears and Lance sighed, trying to calm himself.
"You put me in danger of a firestarter. I am death, the dead burn easily ma petite! You of all people know that."
"I didn't know he'd attack you. You baited him on."
Lance shook his head then slightly smiled. "It is my way. I did not know that he'd see if stakes piercing my heart would kill me. Though I should've seen it coming."

Lance looks around, as if looking for something. He could feel that there was something wrong...he frowned.
"What's wrong?" Nanya asked. Lance rolled off of her and stood.
"I'm not sure, but I feel something...distant...it shouldn't be here."
Nanya sat up. "I want you to go look for whatever caused this sudden change."
Her mouth dropped. "You're kidding me?!"
He shook his head. "Non, I'm not. Go. I will be with you as your guide..."
Nanya sighed and nodded, leaving the hideout, going into the caverns of the underworld. Lance filled her with power of feeling those around her.
She could suddenly feel that there was someone somewhere that wasn't supposed to be here.

Rai shivvers...
This isn't right....I should get out of here.
But she knew that if she lost Lance and Nanya trail she'd never find it again. Lance had to be somewhere down here, He had to be..
She rounds a corner... then another...senses a lesser demon close by, and runs in the other direction.
The only thing she need right now is for someone to see her.
She still doesn't know what is wrong...

Nanya creeped around, seeing the whitelighter's back from earlier. "Rai?" Lance whispered into Nanya's mind and she nodded. She tried to be as quiet as possible so she'd be undetected. "Bring her to me. She's quite...persistent yet interesting."
Nanya didn't like hearing that, but she had no choice. As the whitelighter backed up from hearing some noise of other demons, Nanya took her chance.
She kicked Rai in the back and rode the girl to the ground, pulling out a dagger and putting it against the back of her neck and pulled her hair back. "Move and I'll kill you." With that, Nanya shimmered back to Lance's hideout and landed on the floor still on Rai's back.
Lance was sitting on his velvet couch, looking wonderful as ever. He had put a shirt on, it being black this time and it wasn't tucked into his pants like usual, but he still looked yummy. (lol) His shirt gaped open, revealing a slightly paled chest. He was laid about his couch looking like a model/seducer. His eyes looked down at the two women.
"Rai, how nice of you to visit me, wouldn't you say?"
((to anyone else who reads this post, it may seem like Godmoding on my behalf to not let Rai_Lyfe protect herself, but I got her permission. 3nodding ))

Lance only smiled, shaking his head. He waved his hand and Nanya got up and moved next to the couch not putting her dagger back. "No snacks mon ami." He got up and went to Rai, kneeling in front of her, his shirt hanging from him, hiding nothing. "You are brave to talk to me that way. Do you know what I could do to you?"
