at what age sould you start remembering stuff like for the life of me i can not remember what i did from age seven under it like a big blur

It will vary from person to person
Age, traumatic or exciting events will also affect memory

most people can remember stuff from when they were 4-5, and only a handful can remember anything past 2.

I wouldn't worry about how much you remember, unless you think something serious happened. Just enjoy the present to the best of your ability.

The first memory I can place was watching my dad change the car muffler when I was 3. Aliceville, Alabama, 1959, and NOBODY rode the damn bus.

Since then I can reasonably track my life. The track becomes stronger since the 60s.
