No actually when I played through it I thought celes seemed to have giant boobs. And my friend suggested sexy instead of terra.
I've gone through Amanosama's art galleries and the FFIV and VI japanese strategy guides I bought a while ago and found that FFVI was the first time he drew women with very small breasts. Terra's the largest of the girls and she most likely only comes in at a B cup at most.
Relm actually had large breasts for her age which is kinda funny.
Celes is the flattest of them all. She is boney, pointy and thin. Every image I've seen of her depics the coldness she is supposed to embody for the first half of the game. The only image I've seen of her with a bit larger breasts is pictured with the Opera scene which is why I'm sure Maria wears padding
lol They even changed her sprite because they took the bottom pixel off making them appear pointy. In my opinion the breast size used in the pixels are 1 pixel too wide which makes them look like D cups. >_<;;
Rydia and Rosa are drawn with much larger circles for breasts. Which I found really odd when I saw it.
I haven't found a clear cheast image in FFV so I don't know about that game.
