Introduction
Hundreds of years have passed since the horrible Dragon Wars have ended. The youkai, following the death of their leader, have scattered, fleeing Kainaldia, the once safe haven for demonkind, for the thousands of small islands, scattered about the world.
But the cost have been heavy, Dusis and Kainaldia now lies in shambles... magically at least. Almost all magic has been drained from the earth and using it personally is almost impossible. It's only Arinas, a once dead continent because of the Renkin Wizard Kharl, that has prospered. The once barren land has returned to the green haven it once was, but it also holds another trump card... one that will not only bring it fortune but also misfortune. Magic. Arinas is the only continent that has been spared the magic drain. And now both Dragon and Youkai are fighting to be masters over the new continent.
It is bound to be a bloody battle...
The old generation is dead. The One-Winged Angel, also known as the Renkin Wizard Kharl, is dead. So are the previous Dragon Lord and all his court, but he managed, with his curse free Queen, to have a son before passing. The line of royal Dragons isn't yet eradicated, just tainted because of the Queen's loss of Dragon Eyes. The once powerful Youkai Lord is also dead.
However, this Youkai Lord was once the Dragon Knight of Wind, but he also devoured the Duel Dragon he had been given. For long the Dragon, Hayate, was thought to be dead and gone... but recently words from the Dragon Clan's Seer came... The Dragon of Wind has been reborn and it will soon be calling for a Knight again.

o.o;;;;; Why yes of course they do. Why wouldn't they? >.> Dragoon LIES on Dusis after all. <.< But now it's just Dusis, all the land areas that previously had kings and were their own kingdoms (Hermosa, Memphis and those) are under teh control of the Dragon Lord. >.> *has first hand information from Karill* XD;;; Any other question?))

Aiketh moved swiftly down the marble hall, her footsteps echoing off the deserted corriders. They weren't rapid or hurried, persay, but ringing with a slight note of urgency. She navigated the winding hallways with the skill of one born and bred in the large castle, steadily making her way to the heart of it.
To the Dragon Lord's office and private chambers.
Her steps stopped suddenly, her white-gloved fingers hovering above a polished brass doorknob. She stifled the slight half-smile playing about her lips, tugged her deep blue jacket down nerviously, and self-conciously cleared her throat. The Officer smoothly opened the oaken double doors.
"My Lord?"

Right. That was it. He was never going back to that gaggle of crazy females again. Grinning to himself, Liozu shook his head and snorted. Of course he'd be back. It wasn't as if he could (or even wanted to, he loved all of them after all) avoid his own family.
Waving to a few Dragon fighters training on the courtyard, he absently thought about joinging them for training later. He knew most of them, since he'd been one himself until not so long ago, and he liked to spend time with them. Prowling the hallways and looking alertly around for anyone that would be in any way inclined to put him to work so he could avoid them, Liozu worked his way closer to his room and a change of clothes so he could go sparring. He'd already done enough housework for his mother.

Sword in hand, A tall slender figured moved through out the castle, Their short brown hair, which was up in a short ponytail, was coated with sweat, as was their face.
"Why must there be such weak youkai in this castle? Such pathetic jacksasses....."
This figure wore a black very short kimono that was now closed loosly and revealed about half of her clevage in a V shape, around her waist was a red obi sash, the bottom of the kimono stopped a little higher then mid thigh, a pair of skin-tight black shorts just peeking out from under the kimono. The kimono had the normal long leeve but minus the bottom pockets on them and the sleeve end was tucked into the glove to stay inplace. She wore a pair of black gloves and boots. Her kimono was covered in blood as was her chest, but that was going to change as she slipped into her office, her room right next door where she was going to change.

The Dragon Lord, Jett, sat quietly at his great desk, staring out the windows. This seemed to be one of the young lord's favorite pastimes, watching the wolrd outsidde, trying to see beyond the veiw of the castle's walls. Black hair framed an impassive face, but his eyes were sharp, also black as the stone he was named for. At the sound of the door, he turned his head to peer at the intruder of his quiet.
"Yes?"
