I thought maybe we could make a place where we can right about our pets that have passed away.
((<|**~~**Lenny Girl**~~**|>)) Lenny was a female yellow lab. We had her since she was about 6 or 7 years old. She was a great dog, one of the best we have ever had. Before we had to put her down she got really sick, something dealing with her liver. It was the hardest thing I had ever had to do. We miss you LG!!
((<|**~~**Tapenga**~~**|>)) Tapenga was the second cat I had ever had. She was a really sweet kitten when I got her (for xmas) and she stayed that way. Sadly when I left for Seattle,WA for two months Tapenga got really sick and missed me (we would sleep together). She stopped eating and then just kind of dissappeared(sp)-snuck out a broken screen. I Miss you TP!!

Timba-Cat, 18, died this year. Got him when i was about 2 years old. Loved to play with anything and loved being around people.
Tiffy-Horse, 35, died last spring Had her for only 3 years but she was the best first horse anybody could ask for. We were told that she was 25 when we got her. The vet did a check up on her and told us that she was really about 32. We rode her very little but she loved to let kids ride her.
Dasiy-Goat, 6, died 2 years ago. She was a 4-H breed project. She was a pigmy goat. She use to follow me around all day long. She was the only one we could let out of the pen and not have to worry about her running away. She gave birth to two kids while we had her. Pandora who died 2 weeks after birth and Dallas who lived to be 4. She got steped on by the horse and had ingerys to serve.
Pandora-Goat, 2 weeks old, 3 years ago. Only putting her here cause we learned alot from her in the short time that she was with us. She tought us how important it is for a baby to be with its mother. But Dasiy rejected her cause she already had a baby in the pen with her. We raised Pandora with only hope that she would live.
Bubba-Dog, 4, 2 years ago. He was a bad dog turned good. We rescued him from a family that thought that he was no good and that were treating him bad. We thought him many thing but i guess staying away from the road was not one of them.
I guess the last three years have been the worst for me and animals dieing. But the worst is still yet to come. We have a dog named Yammi that will be 14 this Dec if he makes it. He was hit by a car when he was about 3 and lived. My family has a very special bond with him. We never leave home with out him. He waits for us when we get home from school. Loves to sleep at our feet. Will do anything to please us. I belive that god has been taking animals from me so that i will be able to deal when it is Yammis time to go.

i had a boxer puppy named gracie when i was 5yo. she died 2 days before her first birthday. she had been really sick for a while and one morning when i woke up my mother was crying while she made breakfast and my dad sat on the couch with a long face. i looked over to were she should have been, under the phone, but she was gone. i asked were she was and they told me she had died. i was so upset(that putting it mildly) and didnt want to go to school but my mother made me. it was a monday. what made it worse was everyone kept trying to make me feel better but it only made it worse. and to add to that the vets didnt know what was wrong with her untill three days after she died. i still celebrate her birthday. imagine having to deal with death at such a young age, its changed me.

I had a beagle named chance. he was only 3 months old when i got him. apperantly he was inbreed and his jaw was paper thin and detriorated. I had to put him to sleep when he was only six months old. He was so young and didnt get to live a full life like most animals and it kills me that I had to give him up. We took him to the vet and they said that they couldnt fix his jaw that we had to take him out to a specialist. The only way the specialist would see us is if the vet called them about told them about us and then the specialist would call us. Well they never did. I had called the vet and the specialist many many many times and no one would listen. I hate the person who inerbreed my poor baby, who made his life so short. Im mad at the specialist who wouldnt help and costed me and chance a friendship i will never forget. He was my best friend, the only dog that has taken to me over everyone in the house. He slept under hte covers beside me at night. He would sleep in the bathroom beside the tub when I was bathing. I had bought him a little red collar that he loved. Putting him down was the hardest thing I have ever done. I will never forget him. I still have the little red dog collar and keep it around my ankle for good luck and to know that he is with me, even if most people think its strange. crying crying crying crying I still cry sometimes even now
Chance RIP Feb 2nd 2005 Loved by all Forgotten by none

Stole minethine's format. n_n
Dash - Horse - Thoroughbred Dash was my first horse. He was rescued from abusive owners and brought back to health by us. I never rode him because he was too old, but he had a loving home up into his late twenties.
Ariel - Horse - American Quarter Was my fathers horse, but I unofficially adopted her. She was the one I learned to ride on, and formed a special relationship with. Right before I moved she was sold (at the age of 19) after 6 years of loving care. I cried the day the man came to get her because it was like a family member was taken from my life. I don't know how she is now, but I hope my girl is doing good.
Wilma - Dog- Boston Terrier She was the sister to my own Boston Terrier, Fred.. and my sisters dog. Wilma died a few days before Christmas soon after being hit by a car. She was the best dog, even though we only had her for a year. She was practically still a puppy when she left us.
Tiger (and others) - Cat - Strays Tiger was my first cat, along with the nine other barn cats we had and raised. He disappeared two weeks before we moved.. and it broke my heart to leave without him. I hope a family found and adopted him. Tabitha, his sister who went with us to NC, was killed 5 years later by a dog.
Mona and Phoebe - Dogs - Both Mastiffs Mona was a sweet old girl. She had a long, easy life and died peacefully. Phoebe was bought along with another Mastiff of ours, Indy. She became partially blind at a young age and died at the age of 5 unexpectedly. My dad was most hurt, but we all miss them both very much.
There is just too many for me to possibly name that I have loved, and lost.

Rox was my very first dog. My first memory was sitting in the back of my parents car, with her in my lap when we first got her. She was a Bouvier Des Flandres. I loved her so much. She was so massive that I was unable to walk her until I was about fourteen. Rox was euthanized when I was sixteen years old. She was fourteen. It was for the best. Her old legs could no longer hold her.
Dinah was my first cat. She was a sweet, tiny Silver tabby. She had a tumour on her hind leg. We removed it, but didn't have the money to get it sent away to see if it was cancerous. We found out later that it was. About half a year after the tumour was removed, about half a dozen smaller ones appeared in the same area. It was cancer. We put her down. She was six years old.
Tasha was the cat I got after Dinah. She was the smallest little grey part-persian I have ever seen. She was skittish, but I still loved her. She seemed to only like me. Unfortunately, Tasha's life was cut short at the mere age of three. She swallowed some floss, and it cut up her insides. She died on the operating table, while trying to save her.

Rudy heart Rudy was a tiny, grey cat. he was the runt of his llitter, but so very lovable. he would jump into ur lap constantly, purring. when we brought him home from the ASPCA, he had a big scratch across his nose, aand one of his ears was half bitten off. he was a tough little thing, always getting into fights with nabours cats (and once a dog), he always had to "protect" my family. we had to put him down two summers ago, he was 14, and he was slowly deterorating, he could suffer for another year, or pass into peaceful sleep. we choose peace for our beloved kitty. we miss him crying . heres to Rudy, the cat i grew up with and had to let go.

Fluffy Rock, 14yrs Old, Lahso Apso Fluffy was a Lahso Apso. My family had bought him before I was born. I loved him SO mutch even though he had gone through a rough life with my family and always took it out on me. My middle sister, Jennifer, Tourtered him, she would set his cage(we caged him as he got older and couldn't control his bladder, and had trouble keeping things down) @ the edge of the pool were the only way out was into the pool. I never did that i always felt bad and walked him and took care of him. He was like my best friend. Then he got this Skin Disease were he slowly lost his hair and his eye sight. My family talked about putting him down. I would cry and take him into my room and cry and hold him. Then one day i came home from visiting my eldest sister and I called out to him and he never came, then my dad told me he put him down. I ran upstairs and cried. I still cry and i still miss him....I love and miss you Fluffy.

Not to sound harsh, but there is already an entire subforum dedicated to this in this guild. I will be moving this thread there, but... I'll give you all a day to see this message first. Just so there isn't any confusion on what happened to the thread. I'll be locking it now, though. I'll unlock it again once it's in the appropriate subforum.
