All right things have gotten WAY too quiet recently. I propose that we fix this by doing something drastic, even if its something as simple as a Full Guild RP (As weve done before which resulted in the change from FFE to CC.) Everyone has slowly stopped posting including the Crew and Owner, so this is what I propose. Id like everyones views on the current situation of the guild. Just think it over for a moment and post in here so that Sam, Panth and I can get youre input so we can fix up this guild nice and dandy like them two did before. I really dont want to see a good thing die, so lets keep the guild alive ^.^

Oaky, my lack of activity has been due to the fact that the computer at my place has decideed to blow up it's graphics card, leaving me without internet access. Also, even though we have a laptop that can be used on the internet, it is used out of the house by the person who owns it. Also, the net hasn't been payed for for ages...
At the moment, my only net access is at my local library and I can only get time if I book it in advance and I only get an hour a go.

Ok, despite the fact that I've set up a recruiting thread in the guild forums and we've gotten new members from it...... have these people even participated in even one RP? Of our 40+ members, only a half dozen or less participate on a fairly regular basis. Either we start getting these "new" members active or we kick them to the curb.
Also, I think we need to be more strict about the rules that are enforced in RPs if they have any regarding how often people post. I know it might be mean, but hey it sure as hell solves the "in activity" issue. This is entirely my opinion that even I am guilty of but we do not enforce these rules that some RPs have regarding a minimum number of posts per week.
Another thing, people don't say when they are busy or won't be posting early enough for the rest of us. This, too, I think we've been too easy on. If someone hasn't posted in a week, I think someone either on the Crew or just other members in general should contact that person and see what's up and why they haven't posted. Kick people in their asses and get things moving again.
Ok......... I think that's all I have on my mind at the moment. If I have anything to add, I'll post more lol.

I think you're right Erin. We have so many members but I can name the active members on my hands. *Won't list who, because they know who they are... and incase I forget some one.* blaugh
I think we'll send out a massive PM to all of our members and if they respond they get to stay, and if they don't... well then we know they can be deleted. We can give them a time limit of like two weeks to respond, and if they were gone and return and wish to come back, then we'll welcome them.
A posting rule sounds good too. I think people should be able to post twice a week. I mean it takes me a couple minutes to read everyone elses posts and then another to make mine. I really only need the computer for a half an hour, and I'm in about 10 RPs. Who can't give an 1 hour out of 168 a week?
Done for now whee

Now we just have to wait for Panth and Sam to agree on the terms. *Needs Sam to mass PM everyone since Panth and I don't have the privileges to do so.* Or at least I don't think we do.

Not sure how to mass PM to be honest... I think you just need to send a single PM to everyone on the list... and that takes time. I agree to the terms. Send a PM to everyone and give them 2 weeks to reply before booting everyone who didn't reply off the list.

I have another suggestion. Why not clean up the board of any threads that haven't had new posts in two months? To be honest... the guild is kind of cluttered with them. I know this doesn't really contribute to the in-activity issue, but it's been bothering me. sweatdrop AddedI noticed that some of the RPs, like CoB are seperated into different threads. If some cleaning up is going to be done, I wouldn't mind archiving the un-posted to threads of CoB at Nine Muses with a simple layout. Let me ask Ahlia-chan to make sure it's ok with her as well. 3nodding I'll make sure to post an update regarding that.

I did delete some of old/unused threads. I'll leave those alone in the Charmed RP for Sam or Ginger. (I haven't seen her post in awhile.) As for the RP forum, I'm going through that next. I won't delete anything February or later, but before that it's dead and will be "moved" not "deleted" into the Cemetary.

Angel-san, if it's alright with you and the others participating in CoB I can archive the old threads so the Role-Play Corner isn't so cluttered. Ahlia-chan said it was okay with her to archive them on our site. 3nodding

I thought about it and actually I'm going to let Panth handle CoB seeing as it's his. So we'll wait for him to answer your questions about it 3nodding
