I would be happy.
I get my mods from
Planet Elder Scrolls.
They have a whole batch off cool and unique ones.

Planet Elder Scrolls(formerly Morrowind Summit) may have a bigger selection, but Gamespot does the work of putting together Mod packs.

And a nice pack it is yes? It makes everything look... exotic, I guess. Can't find a really good word. Intricate perhaps?... Nah. Still, it adds a very nice effect. Like I was in Bruma and the sun was setting, and someone walked up. They were completely darkened by the sunset. Very nice effect. In whole, the effect created is very sweet. It adds a, "This is a game" message, without being overbearing, and also saying, "Behold the beautifulnessness!!!" It workes pretty well.
I just went to Planet ES and found some pretty cool stuff, like Obsidian armor. It's basically black and red glass armor.
