I think this is the first major release by KoRn that I have no incentive to buy at all. I already have a disc full of live material (with a better tracklisting) and the two "rare" cuts are hardly rare at all. We all have Follow the Leader and frankly Proud can't sell an entire album, its hardly essential. Now something they should release: a remix compilation. That would be a hell of a lot more interesting.

Actually he's right. Live & Rare isn't everything it's hyped up to be. The album is sort of like another version of their Greatest hits album but slightly different. In my opinion I think they should release a complete remix album (sort of what Linkin Park did with REaNimatioN) including any/all remixes most of the fans have heard with some new ones.

I agree too. Although since I don't have a lot of the live performances, cept CBGBs, i might buy Live & Rare. twisted twisted

I wouldn't waste the money on it. Cause every song on that album you can download off the net yourself.

Yeah, people can read my continuing hatred at the disc in the official thread.

LOL, see this is what i love about fandom. You can hate something your favorite band makes, and it just makes you a better fan. rofl But your both right. I can get the music elsewhere. Then again, i don't really have a great passion for live performances that have been recorded cuz..... well then it really isnt live, is it? I woudl love to go to a concert, but hearing what they played at a show that i missed would just depress me sweatdrop

How's "KoRn Again" as a working title for it?

It would be cool if they took any one album and mixed it completely. I personally would like Self Titled mixed because the songs don't seem highly mixable in their states so mixes would be way out there. And a Daddy remix would be crazy. There is a good chance the album would suck but still its a worthwhile idea. Just no shitty club mixes.

I know what you mean. But I mean Freak on a Leash [Dante Ross mix] was pretty good and not a club song. What they really screw themselves on was the remake of "Word Up!", cause you know when that song was released on the airwaves, every club was playing that s**t and people where dancing to it. But I'd really would want to hear a remix of A.D.I.D.A.S. and Falling Away From Me.

Nah, I'm talking more on the lines of the second Twisted Tranistor mix on the SYOTOS Deluxe edition disc and all the Coming Undone mixes that are springing up. The only club style mix that is any good is B-T's Here to Stay. But the mixes of FAFM and ADIDAS that I've heard are pretty cool.

Like I said before, personally I didn't like SYOTOS very much. But if they did remixes of some of their older s**t, I'd dig it.

Got that right, is Polished's mix any good? I haven't had a chance to listen to it yet.

Sorry, haven't been able to hear it cause I get almost no computer time anymore due to graduation and my own band getting ready to hit the road.
